I accidentally listed Two Factory Sealed [redacted]-91 NBA Hoops Basketball Cards for auction twice—once with item # [redacted]37 and again with item # [redacted]91, both starting on August 23rd, [redacted]. I only realized this mistake on the evening of August 30th, just before the auction was ending. After seeing that one of the duplicates sold for $29.00, I tried to cancel the other sale at $32.00 before payment. Unfortunately, I received negative feedback from the buyer, "Lonestar," stating I canceled without a reason and didn't like the selling price. This feedback is unfair as it was an honest oversight on my part, not about the price. Please consider removing this inaccurate comment from my profile. Thank you, Michael Burnette.

Hello, I recently purchased a movie poster from Todd Feietag. I would appreciate it being sent directly to my conservator due to difficulty in sending it myself. As I have a bad right leg, moving around is quite painful for me. I had to input my conservator’s address instead of my own on the order form because there was no special instructions space, resulting in excess California sales tax charges. I reside in Granby, Mass., while my conservator is in Oceanside, Calif. The sales tax charge seems incorrect as I am on a fixed income and find it challenging to cover it. Seller: Todd Feietag; Item Number: [redacted]51; Order Number: 05[redacted]7; Item: [redacted] movie poster for THE HOUSE OF MYSTERY. Thank you for your assistance in rectifying this issue promptly. Sincerely, Ray Cabana, Jr. 13 Jennifer Drive Granby, MA 01[redacted]

Hi, I purchased a Marc Jacobs bag on Sunday, but my husband surprised me with the same bag on Monday. I quickly reached out to eBay via live chat to request a refund and stop the shipment. Despite our exchanges, eBay informed me that they couldn't intervene, leaving the matter to the seller. Feeling let down, they guided me on how to message the seller. I shared my situation and order number with the seller, but the item was still shipped the next day. Now, I received an email stating that the package is on its way. I'm disappointed as I contacted eBay all night, and the seller did not comply by shipping it anyway. I do not wish to incur return shipping costs for item I don't need. I urgently seek assistance in resolving this issue.

I purchased two gel cases for an iPhone 6 on separate days. Upon receiving the first case, it was incorrect. I contacted them to ensure the second case was right, and they assured me it was. However, the second case was also wrong. They are requesting £3.50 for return shipping on a 99p item, twice. I am seeking a refund and requesting they correct their product description to prevent misleading other customers. The order numbers are 03-05[redacted]9 and 09-05[redacted]8. The cases are listed to fit an iPhone 6S Plus or iPhone 6G, which are larger than the iPhone 6. The description mentions the iPhone 6S Plus, but it should have been clearer that it didn't fit the iPhone 6. The responsibility lies with them to provide accurate information, not the customer.

The seller did not send a return label as stated by eBay for item #[redacted]14. The item is defective. Message from eBay Top Rated Seller, nsioutlet: Hello, I apologize for the issue with the item. While it may not meet your expectations, it still holds value. Would you consider giving it as a gift to someone else instead of returning it to us? As a gesture of goodwill, we can offer you a partial refund of $1.5. There is no need to go through the hassle of returning it to us. We noticed that you opened an eBay dispute. Would you kindly close the return request? Closing it will facilitate the refund process for you. Once you close the return request, we will proceed with the refund. Thank you for your understanding.

I need assistance with a buyer questioning the condition of a hockey card I sold on eBay. After winning the card in a box break, I listed it on eBay in excellent condition with protective sleeves. The buyer initially gave positive feedback upon receiving it. Now, several days later, they claim there is a scratch and are asking for a return. I am a principled seller and would not misrepresent an item. The buyer's photos, one with the sleeve where no scratch is visible and another without the sleeve showing a scratch, seem suspicious. I suspect the damage occurred after they received the card. I believe the buyer may be attempting to fault me for something that happened while in their possession. Your advice on how to handle this situation would be greatly appreciated. - Tracy E.

Username: bbaskin I am experiencing issues with an eBay seller, rgus8855. The seller specializes in dog food. On July 30, [redacted], I placed an order for a bag of dog food. When the shipment failed to arrive, I reached out to the seller for information. The seller mentioned that the package had been returned without providing a reason. However, the seller promptly refunded the $39.99 purchase price. Impressed by the refund, I decided to reorder the same dog food on August 15, [redacted], with an anticipated delivery date of August 31, [redacted]. When the dog food did not show up for the second time, I contacted rgus8855 again. Despite claiming it was the shipper's fault, there is no proof of the shipment, and I have yet to receive a refund. While a refund is appreciated, what I truly desire is the 50lb bag of dog food. Any assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you, B.B.

I purchased an item using my account Walstan29 but can't recall the password. The items received were defective, and I requested to return them. However, the return labels were sent to my old email address [redacted], which I no longer have access to. I updated my email to [redacted] and informed the sender, but they continued to send to the old email. After changing my account to [redacted], eBay sent me a label to return the item, but I encountered a technical error preventing me from printing it. The product I ordered was (2) 15W Qi wireless fast charging PAD DOCK for iPhones for $31.94, purchased under the buyer name walstan29 with order number 08-05[redacted]7. I have since updated my email to buddywas BAS1948was.

Hello, I am experiencing difficulty with an item I am selling. The buyer claims to have paid, but my eBay screen shows the payment is pending. Now, a new message says I owe seller fees, although the item seems to remain unsold. I'm unsure if this is an issue with eBay, PayPal, or my own actions. I am concerned as eBay is set to deduct fees regardless of the payment status.

I wanted to share my recent experience with buying a car on eBay. After reaching out to eBay to confirm the legitimacy of the purchase, I was assured it was all good with a [redacted]% guarantee. Subsequently, I purchased $[redacted] worth of eBay gift cards planning to proceed with the transaction. However, upon researching how to retrieve the money if needed, I became hesitant. Fortunately, I decided not to send the gift cards. I have been attempting to contact eBay for assistance regarding the gift cards but have only reached automated recordings. It's frustrating not to speak with a person directly. I am a disabled person on social security with limited income, and recovering this money is crucial as it represents my savings for a car. I am in urgent need of help as eBay assured me of the transaction's legitimacy, and I need guidance on how to resolve this situation promptly. Thank you.

I encountered an issue with a buyer who initially claimed to not receive the item. After I promptly refunded the full amount, the buyer then informed me of receiving the items on the same day. I asked for the refunded money back, to which she agreed. Upon her request, I created an invoice with a reduced amount of $40 instead of the original $48 refund. However, a few days later, she changed her mind about wanting to return the items. Despite my no return policy, she insisted that eBay informed her she could keep the items without reimbursing me. Eventually, I offered to accept the return, but now she refuses to pay or return the items, leaving me puzzled about the legality of the situation. I've contacted eBay multiple times without a clear resolution. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Warm regards, Helle Brask

I received a notification informing me that my eBay account has been suspended due to activity that was deemed risky by the platform. They mentioned that this decision was made to maintain a safe marketplace environment for all users. The suspension is permanent, resulting in the inability to engage in buying or selling activities on eBay. Unfortunately, there is no option to appeal this decision. If there are any further inquiries, the message directed me to seek help on eBay's website.

I recently tried using Afterpay for the first time on eBay, and since then, my eBay account has been frozen. This has prevented me from making any purchases on eBay using my bank accounts, and I have also been locked out of my PayPal account. Additionally, Afterpay seems to be offline. Here is the process I follow when trying to make a purchase: I select an item, add it to my cart, proceed to checkout, and then click on "Pay Now" with a "Credit or debit card - Visa" payment method. However, I keep getting an error message saying, **We can't process your payment. Try again, or select a different payment method to check out.** I have searched for solutions in eBay's help section, but I am unable to find any helpful information to resolve this issue. This problem has persisted for a month and a half now, and despite reaching out to several people for help, the matter remains unresolved.

I received the blackberry Z10 STL-[redacted] unlocked phone this morning, but it's not compatible with any of the major carriers - Boost Mobile, Sprint, Verizon, T-Mobile, or AT&T. I want a refund as I only use one of these major carriers. Despite engaging with Grace at eBay's resolution center, I continue to face challenges in resolving this matter. For further assistance, please contact me at [redacted] (cell) or [redacted] (home). I recently shipped an order with a tracking number to an address provided, which turned out to be another shipping company. The tracking status is unavailable, and USPS indicated it was delivered to the secondary company. However, the secondary company has no shipping status available. The customer claims the package, supposedly in Oregon, was never received. I have a pending USPS case for proof of delivery. If USPS can prove delivery to the second company, am I in the clear, or is it the buyer's issue on eBay? If not, will USPS cover the contents? I am frustrated by eBay's lack of live customer support despite their charges. Are live agents available during the day or 24/7? -Bce
