I bought a car compressor on June 19, [redacted], for $[redacted] from a seller in China. The product was advertised with a one-year warranty, but it seems to be an aftermarket item rather than OEM. The clutch broke, causing damage to the engine components. I reached out to PayPal, and they advised contacting eBay for help. I am unsure how to reach the seller in China. I am relying on eBay's Buyer Protection Program to step in, blacklist the seller, and refund me. My car is unusable until the compressor is replaced. eBay's lack of a phone support system makes filing a complaint difficult. I'm at a standstill, needing to resolve this issue before the warranty expires in three weeks.

Hello, I am having an issue with a seller named Xuanks [redacted]. I purchased a Vax hoover for 15.99. I contacted an advisor on May 8th and was assured it would be resolved. I visited the eBay website as a guest and left a message on June 7th. I received a URL link to track the item, but it did not work. On Thursday, March 5th, [redacted], the seller Robbexd charged my PayPal account EUR 35.99. This amount had been refunded to me by eBay after winning a complaint case about a faulty Samsung Galaxy J3 [redacted] order. I am considering closing my account if eBay does not issue the EUR 35.99 refund promptly. I have saved this complaint on my memory stick as evidence of trading standards. I don't remember how many times I have raised my issue, but eBay has consistently ignored it. I ordered two rings in February and March, but they never arrived, and the UPS courier never came to deliver them due to COVID-19 restrictions. Since a family member was at home during that time, I asked for a refund to be credited to my PayPal account, but it has not been processed. Nobody has contacted me about this. I have decided that I will not be making any more purchases on eBay, as this experience has been frustrating and disappointing.

I purchased a new transfer case for my car, but it arrived leaking oil in the box. Despite my requests for a phone call, the seller only communicated via text. I pointed out the oil leak, suggesting a faulty plug, but instead of calling as requested, they shipped a new transfer case. However, there was no free return shipping label as promised. The return shipping label provided on the new transfer case box was invalid. I have repeatedly asked for a return shipping label to no avail. It has been two weeks, and I have received no response despite my attempts to contact them. I refuse to pay the $95 shipping fee for a transfer case I did not request. This situation could have been resolved with a simple phone call from the seller.

I purchased two Ponds White Beauty face wash facial foam, the smaller size, and the payment was deducted from my account immediately. However, I began receiving emails stating that the payment had not been received, even though I had already paid. Yesterday, I received an email informing me that my order had been canceled due to non-payment. I simply want the product I ordered, or a refund if it's unavailable.

I need to report item [redacted]54 for price gouging. It's a new device listed at $[redacted], but the seller is selling it for $[redacted] due to high demand during COVID-19. The item, a webcam compatible with Apple's PRO-XDR display, is essential for conference calls while everyone is staying home. I purchased a phone on eBay that came with a 2-year warranty. When I received it, it wouldn't charge properly. After contacting the seller, they offered to either refund my money or send another phone. Opting for a replacement, they sent an email, but I couldn't locate it in time to return the defective phone. I'm now seeking a way to still utilize the 2-year warranty in case of future issues with the new phone, as it has never been used.

I am experiencing issues with the seller from whom I purchased an air compressor for my vehicle on May 31. The item arrived on June 4 and was installed by my mechanic on June 6. This means you cannot create new listings, edit existing ones, or open a new account. Additionally, some or all of your listings may have been removed. No refunds will be provided for any fees paid for removed listings. To appeal this restriction, you must provide evidence of delivery for all sold items. You can do this by submitting tracking numbers for each item or sharing buyer feedback. I have not received my cellphone case yet, even though the delivery time has passed. I have been seeking assistance for over a week, but the issue remains unresolved. The item I received from the seller was in terrible condition, with rusty ties already falling off it. It was clearly not new as described, and I paid $[redacted].99 for it. The seller has received negative feedback for the same item from another buyer. My item was missing a blade in the larger piece, and I have returned it. I'm frustrated that the seller now has an additional 7-8 days to decide on the refund. I believe buyers should be refunded promptly after the item is returned, within 2 days at most. I request eBay's intervention to review my case, including the emails and pictures of the rusty item I uploaded upon delivery. I was looking to buy a vehicle on eBay. The lady who assisted us requested eBay gift cards for payment. After sending her over $1,[redacted].00 to buy the vehicle, she didn't send it and now wants more money, even though the agreed price was $1,[redacted].00. I discovered she scammed me as she reposted the vehicle on eBay using the same details, just with a different name. She's avoiding my calls since receiving the money. I need assistance in getting a refund for the gift cards so I can buy a genuine vehicle for my family.
