Item doesn't fit. **Comments: **I have a * Liter ultrasonic cleaner that is about half the size I need. **So, I ordered a * Litre ultrasonic cleaner (double the tank capacity). **When I received the item, I was very disappointed to find that the tank in the * Liter was the same size as the * Liter. * *There is a chamber below the bottom of the tank on the * Liter that contains half of the liquid capacity. **This was not in the description and there were no internal tank dimensions in the description. **The seller has agreed to accept the return and I explained to them I would like to purchase their ** Liter model which has the internal tank dimensions and is plenty large enough (an exchange). **It was never removed from the box* not used at all). **However, when I printed the return shipping label and returned to the post office, they tried to charge me $**.**! **Based on the item description having no detail of the reduced interior tank size due to a false bottom and no internal dimensions, I don't feel I should have to pay the exorbitant return shipping. **The description of the item is very misleading and lacking necessary detail. **Please respond.
