Dear Sir*Madam,*I have a selling account on Ebay and I sold an item with item number *************and mean while I have a problem with my paypal account which was linked to linked to my ebay account and customer requested me to send that item as soon possible because he was in urgency and I dispatched him that item via UPS Courier with tracking number *Z***AA************without payment on his request and I said him to send me my payment with decided ***US$ freight when my paypal account issue will be resolved.*Now I my paypal account is active and*and I am requesting him to send my money but he is saying I need some direction from ebay to send this money*Please look into this matter and help me to take money from customer with ebay name plccommander**BR *Wasim*rswwatertreatmentequipmenttradingllc
