I was trying to contact the seller for several times. Then I turned to Ebay Resolution Centre to ask for help. The Resolution Centre recently sent me a letter with the details of escalateing my case. Unfortunately no one link worked. I tried to call Ebay support. I was trying to get a call back. I was trying to get help from PayPal (some anknown error occured every time I tried to fill the form). ... Dear Sir*Madam,**I opened a case on Ebay with the reason I haven't received an item. I tried to contact the seller for several times, but I have never got any answer. Then I contacted Ebay support to get help. Recently I received a letter where my action required: "Details on how to escalate your case:*** Follow the Case Details link below* Click "Respond to Case"* Select "Escalate this case" to eBay Customer Support* Click "Submit" after providing additional details you'd like to share about your case"**But the matter is I have no active links to escalate the case. The case will be closed on October, **st. I would like Ebay steps in, and finally I could get the refund.**Kind regards,*Irina
It really made me sad that on Ebay*PayPal technical reason I cannot get any help for so long time. I started in early September.
I just want a refund for the item I have not received.
I have been using Ebay since ****. Since that no problems with payment or bad feedback from my part have been happened.

I called to Ebay Customer support, then I was redirected to PayPal Customer Support (as the term for the escalating the case was over). PayPal Customer Support opened a dispute with the Ebay seller. I hope the problem will be solved during next ** days.
