I ordered an item of clothing from eBay, after a few months i suddenly remembered that...

I ordered an item of clothing from eBay, after a few months i suddenly remembered that I never received the item. I checked my purchases and it now says that the item is unavailable and that the seller is also unavailable, so I imagine that the seller has deleted their account after taking my money. I put a case against them where it asked me to message the seller (which is pointless as their account no longer exists) and to wait until Oct ** to ask for eBay to step in. It's now Oct ** and I can't find any way whatsoever to contact eBay like it says on the message. It just keeps asking me to send another message to the seller which obviously will do no good. I want my money back as the seller was obviously a scammer and I'm finding it very difficult to get on touch with eBay about this. The seller's username is*was niapumemet** and the case * which I filed against them is **********. I cannot find the item number as it won't let me click on the item as it just says 'unavailable'
