I recently bought MODERE COCONUT LIME TRIM NEW Flavor NEW! FREE SHIP *****, from the eBay seller Bestdeal**, now I gave them negative feedback as I was overcharged for the delivery which was poor and damaged aswell as the item itself being dented and damaged. Definately NOT brand new and I paid $*** AUD for this product!**When I left the feedback my comment was then reported as "Feedback solicitation", where as the seller said he would give me $** to change my feedback so he was trying to buy my feedback from message one and I can't even report that!**His message was:*"i can refund you $** if you can remove the bad feedback , please we really want to give you the best service , please let me know if you have any question thank you again" aswell as writing that on the feedback revision!*So now I can't warn other buyers about his scams.**The bottle I bought was dented and damaged, the contents are fine though I am paying for the bottle and contents to be brand new when clearly it wasn't. So I have now been blocked from writing feedback, or reporting the item to get a PARTIAL refund or contacting the seller cause I think hes blocked me cause I was right in what I was saying and he was trying to buy a positive feedback vote so instead got it removed.**Please, I would like a partial refund of the item as it was damaged and definitely not brand new out of the box. The seller leaves a lot to be desired so for trying to buy feedback he needs to be reprimanded. This was by far the worst eBay experience I have had and I paid so much for an item that was posted and received in mediocre condition. **Please help me get a partial refund, as I left feedback I can not open a request. The seller was being unreasonable and even asked what I would like in return for the feedback being changed (I said just the $** I paid for postage and I got reported so I walked into that one). I'd be worried to know how many other sellers he has got with that just for the feedback.**Please deal with this, all I would like is the $** ($** for the postage and partial refund of $** for the item) which is fair. I was not trying to buy feedback revisions for refunds, he was trying to buy a positive feedback revision for a refund.**Thank you.
