Item ID: ************ and*Item ID: ************. **Hello,**I’ve been contacting the sellers who I bought the ofra highlighter palette and the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palette from. **In both cases, I provided pictures of the issues but all of my correspondence from both sellers has been ignored. **I requested a call from eBay firstly about the ofra highlighter. The lady advised that if by the *th of October I didn’t hear back from the seller that eBay would get involved. She assured me that I would need to pay for the postage. Since I heard nothing, I started a live chat about this matter and I was advised that I would need to go to a library to print off the label or that I could call the Royal Mail company. Both of those options come at a cost to me. I requested a returns label which I got via email but I don’t have a printer. In the past, the seller had always provided the return envelope, especially if it was an unsatisfactory item. I’m just really disappointed as sellers are usually really good at providing resolutions and I’m disappointed that eBay did not get involved even although I was advised they would. Apparently eBay sent a msg to the seller but the seller still didn’t respond to me which is unfair because the contract was made between me and the seller as I’ve paid for the item. **I have tried to request a call and start a live chat regarding the Anastasia Beverly Hills eyeshadow palette but the options don’t seem to be available on the website every time I try. **Could someone please help me? I’ve chased up the matter plenty of times as you’ll see. **Kind regards, *Aminah
