I've ordered an e-scooter (item * ************) from eBay UK seller mycrystalfashion a couple of weeks ago. First it was stuck in depot for around * weeks, during which time the seller wouldn't respond to my emails and I've also submitted a case for review by ebay customer service. Tracking data now shows that it has been picked up by someone else in another country, and the courier wouldn't proceed with checking into it unless the seller contacts them. It has been nearly * weeks since the case was opened and I still haven't heard back from ebay customer service. I'd like to request a refund.
