eBay item number:************ is misleading and dishonest. **They have item advertised as a newer better model with a generic photo of the newer much more expensive model along with actual photos that reveal that it is not actually the item they say it is. The item in the actual photos is a Dewalt *** drive impact model *** but they are selling it as a Dewalt *** which sells for around $*** or *** more than the model ***.**On a side note why is it that your report this issue doesn't have an option to select that the photos being used are wrong or the description is dishonest or false so you can handle these issues. It is ******** when a customer knows that you have completely disregarded doing your job to the point that you remove the options to even report such claims. We are forced to pick some other ******** option that has absolutely nothing to do with it. Please go slap the **** out of the idiot that removed the actual real options of why people need to report issues. Nobody gives a **** about copyright garbage but most likely **% of people who want to report something is due to a dishonest listing practice but of course you don't have an option for that anymore. I have been a member since almost the beginning of Ebay and once upon a time you could report an issue for deceptive listing practices and specify exactly along with a description but not anymore. You also could get live chat with someone withing about * minutes but now it is more like * hours. You could also call and talk to someone in just a few minutes and now your phone system never ever gets answered. I sat on the phone one time for over * hours just leaving it go and nobody ever answered the **** phone..**STUPID AS **** and whoever is reading this knows I am right. **Now please go deal with the item I have listed because they are being deceptive and dishonest.
