Dear Sir * Madam,**I am writing to you to raise an issue about: Shopping**The issue that I have experienced was: My account retro-vintage**** under the name Victoria Rose has been ‘restricted’ and I would like to appeal this and have my account reinstated. I have rang eBay twice and they were very unhelpful and almost rude on the phone. I have used eBay for years and was planning to sell items to save up for a mortgage and was very excited to do this with eBay. I have even been considering opening a business account with my partner and going part time in my job as a police officer. I would like you to reinstate my account and instead just give me a warning. eBay customer services on the phone simply told me to “just use other services like amazon or other selling sites”. Surely eBay will be losing money by doing this and it would make sense to give my account a chance?**My account retro-vintage**** has ***% positive feedback. I have had * or * neutral feedback comments and zero negative comments EVER, only positive. I have seen accounts which have had hundreds of negatives and therefore must have had hundreds of cases open and their eBay is still active? I was aware that my account was currently below standard therefore I listed around ** items (the maximum amount for my account) to try and rectify this and start improving my selling standards to demonstrate my good seller abilities, however you have now restricted my account and all my hard work has been deleted as my listings have disappeared. This is not fair at all. I have just spend my bank holiday weekend sorting out unwanted items around the house to sell on eBay and now I am devastated that my account is restricted.**Regarding the few cases that have been open against me as a seller have all been resolved. For instance, a buyer Denny-uk**** opened a request*case on the ********** as their item had not arrived yet (I had posted it and had proof of postage there was an unfortunate delay of at the most a day) however the case was soon closed as there was ‘no activity’ and the buyer then left feedback saying “perfect, thank you” on the ********** which proves that the case was resolved and the buyer had received the item and was happy.**I have another account where I am allowed to sell up to *** items as my account is ‘above average’ and doing really well. I actually have *** items listed already and have now found out that I can’t use eBay anymore and I am infuriated as I have put so much time and effort into listings. This account has now also been restricted also as a result of this as it is linked, regardless of the excellent standard of my account. I am absolutely shocked and gutted that eBay had done this. I rang up about this account and eBay told me that this account is doing really well, all I need to do is get my other account reinstated to alleviate the issue.**eBay, please help!**It occurred on: ************Reinstate my eBay account retro-vintage**** under the name Victoria Rose so that I can continue selling and can improve my selling standard to excellent. You will not regret this eBay.**I look forward to your prompt response on this matter.
