The issue in GetHuman-jym's own words
I ordered a BBQ grill (item *************) on *********** and paid through my PayPal account. I received an email from eBay on ********** that stated "...an unauthorized third party may have accessed the seller's account to list this item. The item has been removed from the site and the transaction was cancelled." I opened a case with the eBay resolution center immediately (Case ***********). I also reported this transaction to PayPal. As soon as eBay discovered my resolution request with PayPal, eBay closed my case without doing anything to help me get a refund or cover my loss. PayPal then closed my case with them stating that eBay should be responsible for my loss. I want eBay to either reopen my case, or allow me to open up a new case to investigate this issue.

GetHuman-jym did not yet indicate what eBay should do to make this right.
