Tracked my item from Portugal said delivered ** days ago but never delivered to my house as my mom is always home especially on day Canada post said they delivered to my home item never came to my house I called following day after eBay messaged item delivered? Contacted Canada post they said package was delivered somewhere else but could not tell me where said I need to contact seller n seller needed to contact eBay to complain that package shipped to someone else house n when eBay contacts them they open investigations as to where exactly mailperson delivered my said package a case was opened against seller but no response as to if he contacted eBay to complain just contact me to ask to close casehe further alleged that I was trying to scam him I even explained the item I purchased from him has high sentimental value to me as was last t shirt my first cousin was wearing before he passed away I told him I have perfect eBay record as a purchaser always pay immediately not a scammer as accused I would have paid just about anything for that shirt please help me need Canada post contacted to explain *complain some one else received my package very upsetting experience!canada post knows where it went but won’t help me EBay needs to step in I have ordered many items before with no issues and few after without issue but if no results I think I will no longer be happy to use EBay
