The issue in GetHuman-jaszun's own words
hello, I have an order issue. **Order Date: Wednesday, **. April *****order number: **************I received email form ebay telling me that:**"As you have certainly read in our offer, we carry out transaction verifications at random.*Unfortunately, we are forced to do this because immaterial goods, as in your case, are not secured by Paypal's Buyer Protection.**In order to do so, we need the following documents:*(*) a picture of the payment account owner's valid ID*passport*(*) a picture of the payment account owner, holding the ID*passport next to their face."**I send those photos yesterday but no anwer from ebay. That is why I want ebay to cancel my order and refund the money into my credit card (connected to paypal).**Can you tell me why this is taking you so long?
