My eBay account was suspended without clear explanation other than a generic message about risky activity. After speaking with customer support, I was asked to verify my identity and address, which I did. However, eBay still informed me of the suspension due to unclear account activity. Despite several attempts to resolve this through chat support, each conversation ended abruptly without assistance. I even tried calling customer service, but was unable to reach a representative. I am left confused and frustrated about the suspension. Any help or guidance would be appreciated. Regards, M.

I bought a dress from seller "ilikethebest" at the end of August [redacted]. Unfortunately, he sent me two faulty dresses and requested that I return them for replacements. However, to date, I have not received the replacement dress or a refund for the postage cost. Despite his reassurances to handle the issue, he only refunded me for the dress and not the postage. The lack of communication and poor customer service from him has been disappointing. I have reached out several times but have not received a resolution. I would appreciate your intervention to help resolve this matter. Seller: ilikethebest Item Purchased: Ladies Women's Cap Sleeve PVC Wet Look Faux Leather Bodycon Midi Dress Date of Purchase: 29 Aug [redacted] Size: 8-10 Price: £7.99

Hello, I purchased a Karstein Jam Session Jam and Jelly Cooker 1000w on October 24, [redacted]. Unfortunately, when I tried to use it, the time panel became pushed in. I contacted the seller regarding returning the item due to this issue. Despite not receiving a postage label initially and already sending the item back via Royal Mail on October 28, [redacted] at the cost of £39.84 on top of the item's price of £[redacted].99, I later discovered the seller had provided a free returns label. I reached out to the seller to inquire about a refund for both the postage and item costs totalling £39.84 and £[redacted].99, respectively, but have not received a response. I have also provided proof of postage to the seller through eBay. The item details are as follows: ID number [redacted]30. Appreciate any assistance in resolving this matter. Thank you. Regards, M. I need assistance regarding a refund issue with a seller. I returned two items from different sellers to the same warehouse. One seller refunded me, but the other (seller syst1gz) claims they did not receive the item back. Despite providing evidence of the return with tracking numbers, the seller refuses to refund. After involving eBay, the seller asked me to close the case promising a refund, only to go back on the agreement. I've kept all communication and proof of return and hope for help in resolving this matter as I can't reopen the case.

I am dealing with a buyer who requested a refund for PC cables bought on September 10, [redacted]. Today, on November 5, [redacted], almost two months later, they claim some cables were burnt and not functioning. The buyer also alleges I cut a plastic clip to fit a Corsair PSU. I offered a partial refund, but the buyer insists on a full refund. The issue is that the cables sold were not compatible with Corsair PSUs, as they were specifically for BitFenix Alchemy 2.0 PSU Cable Kit EVG-Series Supernova. The buyer purchased a new Corsair PSU assuming the cables would work, which caused damage. I believe the buyer is misplacing blame as the item has been in their possession for over 8 weeks, surpassing our 30-day refund policy.

I recently made a purchase and paid for an item but faced an issue with the seller. Despite expressing my desire to keep the order, the seller proceeded to cancel it. I have evidence in the message trail showing my attempts to prevent the cancellation. Prior to escalating the matter to eBay, I informed the seller of my intentions and offered them a chance to resolve the situation by reinstating my order. Unfortunately, they have not responded or taken any action to rectify the situation. I am eager to resolve this matter and would appreciate your assistance. Thank you for looking into this for me. - Stuart Lee.

My eBay account was unexpectedly cancelled, and I'm having issues with two recent purchases. The first problem is with a [redacted] LIFE Self-Cleaning Robot Vacuum that stopped working shortly after I received it. I followed the instructions, but it stopped moving correctly and now only makes strange noises. I've recorded a video of the issue here: [redacted] The second problem is with an Executive Office Chair that I never received even though I paid for it. I would like a refund for this purchase. Here is an example of the search results I receive: Related: massage gun, my eBay messages, eBay messages, Mercedes, message board, my messages. The categories shown are for items like home, furniture & DIY, clothes, shoes & accessories, etc. I appreciate any help you can provide.

Dear eBay, I recently sold a Huawei Pro P30 phone through your Packlink services using reference number GB2020EBAY[redacted]. The item was shipped on November 4th and arrived at the sorting hub on November 6th. However, there have been no updates since then, and the buyer is contemplating a refund claim. Packlink informed me that the package could be lost. I did not opt for full item compensation assuming the service's reliability due to its association with eBay. This situation is causing me great concern as a student, and the loss is substantial for me. I would appreciate any assistance you can provide regarding this matter. Thank you.

Order number 01-05[redacted]2: I purchased the Richard Osman Thursday Murder Club PDF on October 18th for £3.99. The PDF was received via email, but unfortunately, the pages are repeated and the text is jumbled. I have been instructed to print a postage label to return it, but I am unsure of the return process. I have requested a refund and left a negative review on finleyc19. Today, I was informed that it is the final day for returns, and I'm feeling uncertain about what steps to take next.

I'm experiencing a problem since Friday, November 6, [redacted], where I cannot generate a postage label or pay for postage online because the page won't load. This is affecting my selling process on eBay through Packlink service as it's faster to use a QR code to post items. I've attempted to access the page on my mobile and laptop, using both mobile internet and Wi-Fi, but the issue persists. Can someone please resolve the problem or provide guidance on how to fix it?

Hello, I hope this message finds you well. I recently returned headphones to BH Sales for a refund, but unfortunately, they were sent to the wrong address. BH Sales confirmed they would resend the headphones to me almost a month ago, yet I have not received them. I have reached out to eBay customer service, and they advised me to contact BH Sales, which I have already done. I urgently need a resolution as this is affecting my job. Thank you.

Hello, I am having issues with the seller (super-kfz-autoteile). I bought a rear air suspension bellows for a Mercedes W211, but the item is not functioning properly. I have exchanged emails with the seller around 25 times. He promised me that if I pay 30 euros to his bank account, I would receive a new replacement part and keep the old one. However, the company has not provided me with any bank details for the transfer. Despite numerous emails and promises made by the seller, I have not received anything. I have no air suspension bellows and I'm unsure of what to do next. Apologies for any errors in my writing. (I am Dutch) G.Ben.

I'm inquiring about the £[redacted] fee eBay is requesting from me. I wasn't notified of any additional charges and have already paid a 10% fee for the products I sold. I have evidence of eBay's previous charges. I encountered a loss when a customer received a refund without my consent, causing financial harm. My account, operational for only one month, was abruptly closed despite selling only two items and settling the fees. Could you please clarify the nature of this £[redacted].85 outstanding payment listed under my eBay Account ID: E[redacted][redacted]-GBP and my VISA ending in [redacted]? Thank you.

I have encountered a situation where my accounts are being suspended without any valid reason. Whenever I try to address this issue with customer service, they abruptly disconnect from the chat mid-conversation. I offer Crypto Mining contracts, specifically an Ethereum Mining Contract promising 0.1 ETH guaranteed within 4 hours. Before commencing the contract, I emphasize the importance of confirming the wallet information. Additionally, I establish a no-refund policy but assure customers of receiving a minimum of 0.1 ETH upon completing the 4-hour contract. Unfortunately, customers have been unfairly accusing my account of fraudulent activities or claiming their account was compromised, resulting in chargebacks through PayPal. However, I possess concrete evidence showing the funds were transferred to the designated wallet provided by the customer at the contract's inception. Both eBay and PayPal can verify the transaction details and the associated IP addresses to resolve any disputes effectively.

I ordered the Wenko Slate Cooker Cover Plates on 14/10/[redacted] for £23.17 with the order number 26-05[redacted]6 and item number [redacted]15. After initiating a return on eBay on 17/10/[redacted] due to high return shipping costs, I sent the item back using my preferred carrier, which was confirmed delivered to the seller on 22/10/[redacted]. Despite my attempts via eBay messages to request a refund, the seller responded that I closed the Return Request on 17th October impeding the refund process. I escalated the issue to eBay customer service on 06/11/[redacted], receiving a generic response acknowledging my complaint. The seller 'ozaroo' has the product in good condition but is refusing the refund. I am struggling to get a resolution and would appreciate any assistance in expediting this matter. Thank you.

Hello, I have encountered a recurring issue where my account has been restricted due to selling Wolverhampton Wanderers and Sex Pistols t-shirts bought from eBay. Despite purchasing these items legally, I face restrictions when trying to resell them. This situation seems unjust as the items are genuine and were obtained through eBay. The recent restrictions are troubling as it seems unrelated to copyright or authenticity concerns. Specifically, the Sex Pistols t-shirt, a multiple-time purchase from eBay, also faced reselling limitations. The perplexity lies in the contradiction that allows buying but prohibits reselling these items.

During the pandemic, I purchased 6 bottles of anti-oral hand wash from a private seller. When I went to Argos in Louth to collect it, they claimed they had just received it but couldn't give it to me as I hadn't provided a pickup number. Argos then closed due to the pandemic and has recently reopened. I inquired about my order, but they informed me that it had been returned to the post office. The post office, however, doesn't have any information on its whereabouts. I'm concerned about my property and would like to know where it is. Sincerely, Mrs. Joan Miller.

I sold a pair of boots to a buyer on October 26th. Unfortunately, I was delayed in posting them due to self-isolation. I kept the buyer informed through eBay messages and eventually sent the boots on November 6th. However, by the time I returned from the Post Office, the buyer had been refunded, and the amount was deducted from my PayPal account. The boots were delivered on November 9th, resulting in an unintended cost for me. I have reached out to the buyer for reimbursement, but she has not responded. I have been attempting to contact eBay by phone without success. How can I recover the funds from PayPal/the buyer? Thank you.
