Hi*I bought a Karstein Jam Session Jam and Jelly Cooker ****w on Sunday **th of October **** but when I tried to use it, the time pannel got pushed in.*I contacted the seller to send the item back and asked him for an address explaining the problem. The seller did not tell me then that I will receive a free postage label and plus I read on the return details that it was the buyer's responsibility to pay for the postage so I sent the item through Royal Mail on the **th of October **** and this cost me £**.** on top of the cost of item £***.**. I then contacted the seller and saw that he has sent me free return postage but after I had already returned the item. Therefore I wrote to the seller and asked him if he could refund me the postage cost and item cost so £**.** plus £***.** but I received no reply from him!
