Refunds typically appear in your PayPal account within 3-5 business days, but can sometimes take up to 30 days depending on the method of payment. If the seller issued the refund directly and you paid using a card, the refund might be pending with your card issuer. Always ensure you've checked all the possible avenues including your PayPal balance, original payment method, or even a credit directly to your PayPal account.

Resetting your password on eBay (UK) should be straightforward. On the sign-in page, click 'Forgot your password?' which will prompt you to enter your email or username. Once you've done this, click 'Continue'. If the details you've entered are associated with an eBay account, you'll receive an email with instructions on how to reset your password. Follow the instructions in the email to create a new password.
