I recently downloaded the latest event on my FarmVille 2 Country Escape game, and now I'm encountering difficulties playing it. It seems I have an outdated version of the game on Game Center that needs to be removed or uninstalled for the new version to sync with the cloud. I'm having trouble figuring out how to complete this process on my own. I would greatly appreciate it if Zynga could assist in removing the old game from Game Center to allow the new one to be uploaded correctly. Your help in addressing this issue is much needed.

I am having trouble accessing my Words With Friends 2 account. After getting a new phone, I was logged out of my account that was connected through Facebook. Upon trying to log in using Facebook on the app, instead of accessing my existing account, a new one is created each time. As I no longer have access to the email linked to my Facebook account and attempts to reset my password via email fail due to the email being terminated, I am unable to retrieve any reset codes. The email associated with my Words With Friends 2 account is [redacted] and the username is hallie.mader. I am currently at level 17 and the most recent players I engaged with were Steve Mader, Heather Mader, and Austin Mader. I am seeking assistance to either update the email address on file to [redacted] to facilitate password reset or have someone reset my password directly, allowing me to regain access and set a new password I can remember. Despite previous attempts to reset my password to 'changeme', it did not permit me to log in successfully. I have been attempting to resolve this issue for a week without effective support from the Words With Friends 2 app customer service.

My spouse's behavior during spades games is hurtful and causes many arguments. I believe the game should be removed from the internet to prevent further harm to relationships. It seems to be causing issues for other couples as well. I have read about divorces linked to this game and feel something should be done urgently.

I am experiencing a problem with my Zynga Wizard of Oz slot game on Facebook. The Super Spin Wheel feature is missing from my screen, preventing me from playing for the past 30 days. I have attempted to use support tickets in the game, but it keeps showing an error message. Despite trying to contact Zynga via phone, I have not received any assistance. I am disappointed with the lack of support. Once the game loads, it freezes, with the music turning on and off continuously. I am Frances Ellen Louise K. I wish to lodge a complaint about Zynga's customer service. My Zynga Texas Holdem app on Facebook has been banned since 21/12/[redacted]. Despite reaching out multiple times, the Zynga team has not reinstated my account, which had [redacted] billion chips. I noticed other players transferring [redacted] trillion chips without consequence, which seemed unfair. I have been playing for 11 years and feel the Texas Holdem customer support team is biased against me for not assisting with my account reinstatement on Facebook. As a 43-year-old disabled woman in a wheelchair, paralyzed from the waist down, and being a black player, I find this treatment unjust.

Hello, I recently had an unpleasant experience while playing on your platform. My chips were taken away, and I was accused of being rude. Additionally, my phone was stolen, and my account was hacked. Now, I feel like I'm being followed as I never seem to win, and strangely, I have a friend on the platform despite never adding anyone. Given that I am a 57-year-old veteran, I find this treatment from your staff unnecessary. I prefer to play and not engage with others. I kindly request the return of the chips that were taken away from me a few months ago and ask for my account to be unblocked. Your assistance in resolving this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hello, I am resending this message with the correct email address provided. I have experienced a setback with my Zynga account, as this is the second time I am encountering an issue with my Zynga money. I would like to have my Zynga account linked to [redacted] or [redacted] rather than being connected through Facebook. The reason for my loss of Zynga funds was due to a family medical emergency that prevented me from logging in for nearly 2 months. Any assistance you can offer in helping me regain access to my account would be greatly appreciated. This behavior reflects poorly on your reputation and the integrity of your services. I have escalated this issue on review websites like Angie in the hope that necessary action will be taken. Your lack of communication with players who have been restricted from playing is unacceptable. In the past, actions have been taken against your site due to similar misconduct. It appears that you prioritize profit over fair play, which is disappointing. Your inconsistent enforcement of rules only serves to tarnish the image of reputable poker sites. Please refrain from sending automated messages, as I am aware of the situation and demand a proper explanation for the suspension. Your unethical behavior is a disservice to all players. Goodbye.

I was thrilled to win the $2 million jackpot in the Gin Rummy Tournament. Prior to the event, I had around [redacted],[redacted] coins, which increased to nearly 3M afterward. However, after playing 2 regular games and spending less than [redacted],[redacted] coins, I was shocked to find my balance reduced to 1.5M coins in my next login. I have invested money in purchasing gems and coins for the game, even using gems to secure my tournament win. I am dismayed that the jackpot I earned was unexpectedly removed. This morning, when I tried to access WWF on Facebook, I unexpectedly received a message stating that my account had been blocked due to a deletion request, which I did not make. My friends who I play games with have noticed my disappearance from the app. Although I don't know my Zynga account number, I can provide my name and email associated with my Facebook account, which is Robert Baiocco. I am hopeful that you can locate and possibly reactivate my account.

I recently checked my account to see where I stood in the challenge. I noticed I was in 17th place, but it showed a different name, "ziela," instead of mine. After refreshing the page, I tried to log back into the app on my phone. Unfortunately, it's not allowing me access and stating that my email doesn't exist. I have spent over $[redacted] this week purchasing chips, currently having 27 billion chips and 20,[redacted] coins. I encountered a similar issue a few days ago, filed a complaint, and had my chips restored. I really need to regain access to my account.

I recently lost access to my iPad where I played Words With Friends 2 for years. When trying to restore the account on a new iPad, I faced an issue because I couldn't remember the password and the account was linked to an old email. Despite following various online instructions to edit the email or change the password, I couldn't make any successful changes. I've struggled to contact Zynga or Words With Friends support for assistance and have ended up creating a new account with a current email and password, which unfortunately doesn't open the new account. Now that I've found my lost iPad with all my game data but still tied to the old email without a way to update the password. I feel frustrated and lost in the process. I am experiencing an issue with WWF2 not awarding me tokens for winning Solo Challenge games. This morning (December 29th), I won 2 games against WordMasters, achieving the third star and a green checkmark for each. The players were New Juggler Jess around 7:25 am PST and Guitar Making Gus around 7:34 am PST. I am close to completing the Merry Market Rewards Pass but need these tokens to reach my goal of [redacted] points. It seems the Solo Challenge games are not updating, hindering my progress. I am currently participating in the Merry Market Rewards Pass which only has 4 or 5 days left. I enjoy playing the Harry Potter: Puzzles and Spells game on my iPhone. After experiencing glitches, I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, losing all my game data saved on my iPhone account. I only have billing emails as proof of my purchases in the game. I invested money in gold coins and holiday deals. Without my progress, I am hesitant to restart from scratch. I hope there is a way to restore my lost game data so I can continue playing without starting over.

The "choose room" button malfunctioned, leading me to a high-stakes room I never intended to enter. Upon realizing this error, I left the table, only to discover a significant loss of approximately [redacted] billion in game money I had collected over the years. This unexpected turn has depleted my funds, nearly to zero. When attempting to select a table, the button directed me straight to a high-stakes game instead of allowing me to choose a moderate one. I encountered a troubling issue with Farmville where my farm at level 50 experienced a glitch that caused me to lose everything except two wheat patches. Despite being advised by tech support to continue playing, my farm has not fully recovered even after a week. Maintaining a solid internet connection and syncing with Facebook and Apple play was never a problem for me. It seems the issue lies with Zynga. They now suggest replacing my corrupted farm with a generic level 51 farm, which is disappointing considering the time and money I've invested in the game. I believe I deserve some form of compensation in the form of keys or similar rewards for the losses incurred as a result of this situation.
