On **-**-** the Hit it Rich online slot game experienced an issue with the Weekly Race portion of the game. At *PM PST the Weekly Race concluded and those of us players who advanced moved up a level. At *PM PST the Weekly Race popped up again and this time players including myself were demoted a level losing extra coins. Support has been contacted and the answer is it may take up to **hrs to adjust. This is the second time in a month that incompetency has occurred that has cost the players and now every hour that goes by the players are losing the extra coins they should have been getting. I have been in contact with Customer Support Supervisor Joyce N and her answer is "Gee we are sorry, it made your experience unpleasant, your concern will be forwarded to the programmers, it won't happen again." That answer is unacceptable. The players have been lied to and misled once already from **-**-** until **-**-** for another aspect of the game and now this. Typically, I don't demand because it doesn't work but we the players are owed and should not be punished for someone else not doing their job! Thank you for your time, Raymond Lowell
