I have been communicating with Zynga support, Marilyn. I purchased a $4.99 subscription for keys and should receive 46 keys per week. However, there is an issue with the website displaying a message about needing to get the 46 keys within a week, which is not functioning properly. The case number is [redacted]9, and the order ID for my purchase is MLJBXXSQXX made on December 15, [redacted]. It has been escalated to technicians but the problem has not been resolved yet.

I have been playing Zynga Poker since [redacted]. I have faced some unfair decisions from Zynga in the past. Last year, they correctly suspended me for inappropriate chat, which I have not engaged in since. Today, my account was unexpectedly suspended while I was playing. Despite being asked to accept a penalty and keep only a fraction of my chips, I refused. I have always followed the rules - no inappropriate chat, images, team play, or chip transfers.
Zynga Poker used to be a fun game, but the influx of bots during COVID has made it chaotic. Many old players like me feel restricted now. Unfortunately, I can't afford to buy chips due to Zynga's high prices, which are not accessible for people like me who are financially struggling.
The disparity in chip holdings, like a Level [redacted] player having trillions, raises questions about fairness. I have reached out to Zynga for an explanation and to request the return of my chips. It seems that Zynga is making it difficult for older players like me to enjoy the game.

I have been playing Zynga Poker since [redacted] and have faced several instances of what I believe to be unfair decisions by the company. Last year, I was rightfully suspended for inappropriate chat behavior, which I have not repeated. Today, during a game, my account was unexpectedly suspended. I was instructed to accept a penalty and retain only a fraction of my chips, ranging from 1 million to 46 billion. Not agreeing to this, I reached out to Zynga via email.
I have always maintained appropriate chat etiquette, refrained from using improper images, never colluded with others, and did not engage in chip transfers. What was once a fun game has now turned into a commercial enterprise, especially noticeable since the rise of bots during the pandemic affected gameplay and resulted in restrictions for long-time players like me. Unfortunately, I am unable to afford purchasing chips due to the high prices set by Zynga.
In comparison, a player with a similar level to me possesses trillions of chips. I have screenshots as evidence. Despite this, Zynga was adamant about taking my chips away, which I find to be unjust. I have contacted them and am hoping for a resolution soon. It seems that Zynga may be targeting older players like myself to limit their chip holdings.

I am experiencing two issues with Farmville and need assistance:
1) I have been unable to log into my Farmville2 account after playing for years, despite numerous password reset requests not being received. Even when logged into Facebook, the login attempts fail. I have also not received any acknowledgment emails for help requests (Ticket ID – [redacted]).
2) I accepted a 2-week VIP trial that was never functional, and I need help canceling it to avoid being charged for something I cannot use.
I trust Zynga to promptly and efficiently resolve these problems. I appreciate any help in resetting my password and canceling the VIP trial.

Zynga Poker banned my email [redacted] While playing, I encountered cheaters who threatened to get my ID banned. Shortly after, Zynga banned my ID. I attempted to contact them via email, and they requested my ID, which I sent. However, they claimed the email did not match. I reached out on Facebook, sending a screenshot displaying matching details on my ID card and Facebook profile. I have invested over $[redacted] to enhance my ID, and now I feel unfairly treated. I am desperate to have my ID reinstated after playing this game for more than 3 years. Zynga's actions are disheartening.

I noticed that [redacted] of my Event Hope tickets were deducted from my account, even though the Nissan Skyline GTR 34 car was supposedly offered for free. I reached out to the support team multiple times to address this issue. They promised to escalate it to a higher authority within 48 hours, but that never happened. After being ignored for a week, I persistently messaged them for two weeks until they started responding again, but they keep giving me the same generic response each time. I've been a dedicated player for four years, and I estimate that I have spent between $[redacted] to $[redacted] on in-game purchases. It's frustrating that such a simple problem hasn't been resolved appropriately. I have 90 players in three different game crews who have decided to boycott spending money with the company until this matter is rectified.

I am confused about why our accounts were blocked. My husband and I have always been polite and have never teamed up against anyone. About a week ago, a player named Jasmin insulted and threatened us, and I reported her multiple times. I even have screenshots of her insults along with two friends. This morning, she was at the table again and started insulting us once more, even though we didn't respond. I don't understand why we are the ones blocked when we have always been fair to everyone. I've been experiencing significant issues with Words with Friends 2 for the last three days. Some of my friends are facing the same problem. One of them managed to recover their friend's list and ongoing games today. Could someone help me with this issue? Playing this game is my main source of entertainment, especially at 72 years old. It's my way of keeping company. Despite trying to reinstall and uninstall the app multiple times, I'm on the verge of giving up and tossing away my iPads.

I have encountered a frustrating situation with my accounts on different devices. The first account on my old iPad 2 is now outdated and unable to update beyond iOS 9, causing me to feel like the investments made in it are now futile. On the other hand, my second account on my cellphone, although with a smaller screen, can still receive updates. I noticed my VIP status disappeared on “Onnect—pair matching game” after my monthly charge was automatically paid on March 10th. I signed up for the $10 monthly charge specifically for that status. When I contacted customer service, they claimed they were not familiar with the game or Rollic Games, despite Zynga's acquisition of the company last year. I couldn't find any way to reach out to Rollic Games for support. As you are listed as the Developer, I am reaching out to you to resolve this issue. If you are unable to assist, I may have to cancel my subscription, forfeiting the $10 already charged, and uninstall the game, which I truly enjoy. Within the last 5 months, I purchased 2 products advertised on Words With Friends. Unfortunately, each item I received differed significantly from what was originally shown in the ads. I am currently in the process of resolving a dispute with PayPal regarding the second item. The particular product was ordered on February 28 from a company named THEY, which is based in China. The item was supposed to be a large, possibly 3-foot diameter water balloon ball, as depicted in a video ad where kids were seen jumping and rolling on it. I am now unable to locate the ad on Words With Friends. Can someone provide me with a copy of the ad for my records to support my case?

I purchased two items from an ad on WWF, and both items were different from what was shown. I am in the process of resolving the problem with PayPal regarding the second item. The purchase was made on February 28 from a company named THEY for a large water balloon ball around 3 feet in diameter. The ad featured a video of kids playing with it. We are struggling to reinstall our paid ad-free version of Words with Friends. My partner and I are avid players, dedicating hours daily to the game and maintaining a high ranking with the maximum number of games ongoing. Regrettably, our Samsung tablet experienced an Android operating system glitch, prompting us to reset it to factory settings, erasing all data.
Upon reinstallation, we are unable to activate the ad-free feature and cannot recall which email was linked to our latest functional version. We possess proof of our original ad-free purchase made on Aug 26, [redacted].
Our primary goal is to regain access to our ad-free version, complete with our previous player roster and ongoing games from before the tablet malfunction occurred yesterday.

Yesterday, I experienced unjust abuse and threats of violence. After reporting two incidents, I discovered today that my account has been banned, which I find extremely unfair. While I have had minor issues in the past, I have since changed my behavior. In this recent incident, I remained calm and did not respond with any profanity or threats despite being provoked. The other user initiated the derogatory remarks towards my family, and I only defended them without resorting to inappropriate language. Although I called the other player an idiot and a donkey, it was in response to their provocation. I suspect the player, "Eddie," falsely reported me, leading to the ban. Accusations of racism due to me calling someone a "donkey" without knowing their nationality or the possible implications are unfounded.

Playing Words with Friends has been a source of comfort for me as a disabled person and for my friend with MS who is [redacted] miles away. We've enjoyed the game for over 4 years. Lately, I've been frustrated by the ads that disrupt our gameplay. The recent pop-up ads flickering at the top of my mobile phone are particularly bothersome. While I understand the need to increase revenue, many loyal players like us are expressing dissatisfaction online. I cannot afford the $10 monthly fee to remove the ads. I accidentally altered the time on Farmville II, which caused the game to glitch. I can't see my items in the barn, there are unlocked plots I didn't unlock, and I can't harvest or collect items.
