Hello, I recently noticed that my account got banned, and I couldn't identify any clear reasons for this action based on the information provided. The only change I made was activating my VPN, a move I now realize can lead to a ban. However, there is no explicit mention of VPN usage in the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. I sincerely request the lifting of the ban as I have always enjoyed playing poker on your platform and wish to continue doing so. If VPN use caused the ban, I am willing to refrain from using it during gameplay. It was unintentional, and I am committed to ensuring it does not happen again should my account be reinstated. I play Zynga Poker online and have been a dedicated player for a few years. Recently, on 9-26-19, I bought $[redacted] worth of credits. However, when I tried to log in last night, I found out that my account had been blocked. I have faced issues with two players harassing me in the past, one asking for money and the other being verbally abusive. I reported these incidents. I don't understand why I was blocked from playing Zynga Poker online. If this is the case, I request a refund of the $[redacted] I spent. I purchased 70 billion Zynga chips from another website initially. Recently, Zynga's support team banned me and asked for my acknowledgment to continue playing on their platform. When I attempted to play again, my total chip count was gone. In an attempt to repurchase 70 billion chips today, Zynga support suspended my account once more. I have lost a total of [redacted] billion chips in this process. I want to clarify that I am not a hacker and buying from Zynga's site is financially challenging for me. Acknowledging my mistake, I apologize to Zynga's support team through this message. I humbly request to lift the ban and have my [redacted] billion chips restored. This incident has been a significant economic loss for me, as I had to spend $33 to acquire those chips. I assure you that I will only purchase chips from Zynga in the future. Please, give me another opportunity and reinstate my chips. Thank you for considering my request.

My account in the game Dawn of Titans has been suspended. I have dedicated over four years to this game, and I realize now that I might have unintentionally violated the rules by purchasing in-game items from an unauthorized source. I want to clarify that I never meant to violate any terms and conditions. Throughout my time playing, I have invested a considerable amount of money in this game. If I have unknowingly breached any rules, I wholeheartedly apologize and can assure you that it will not occur again. This mobile game has been a significant source of enjoyment for me, to the extent that my son and his friends have started playing it as well after seeing me enjoying it. Despite reaching out to the game developers, I have not received any assistance. I have been playing Dawn of Titan for a while now and recently contacted in-game support for the first time. I experienced a server error during the blade and bulwark event, which resulted in significant losses for me. Despite acknowledging the issue was not my fault, it seems like my concerns have not been addressed properly. I have reset my profile on Farmville 2 Country Escape, starting fresh without linking it to my Facebook account. However, the game kept prompting me to connect to Facebook, which I found annoying. In an attempt to stop this, I used an email associated with another Facebook account linked to my prior Farmville account. Consequently, my new profile has switched back to the old one. I am unsure how to retrieve my new account or if there is a solution. Can anyone provide assistance in resolving this issue for me?

I'm a dedicated fan of Wizard of Oz Slots! On October 3rd, I bought the $29.99 credit basket, but the credits didn't show up on my device. I then tried getting the $19.99 credit basket, same problem. Even the scarecrow scratcher package didn't provide the tickets after a successful purchase. Today, on October 4th, I attempted to buy coins for $9.99, with the purchase showing as successful but no coins were added. It's frustrating and has become quite expensive. I need someone to explain to me how to redeem the codes. Both my friend and I exchanged codes, and when trying to use them, it says we need someone else's first. We sent each other codes and are using the ones we received. We even attempted to use codes from Zynga's posts, which initially required playing [redacted] hands first. We have played well over [redacted] hands within three days of downloading them. I look forward to clarification unless this is a ploy to engage players. Please avoid calling back tomorrow to say it's too late after the three-day window has passed.

I purchased the Words With Friends app and encountered repeated "Oops, something went wrong" messages during practice games, requiring me to log out and back in each time. Today, October 4, [redacted], I couldn't log in with my email account as my password wasn't recognized. After attempting to reset the password via email five times, I received no reset emails in my inbox or spam folders. Reluctantly, I logged in through Facebook, which connected me to a different game with ads instead of my paid version with friends. While playing Words with Friends Classic, my Solo Game Challenge froze. I followed the recommended steps like force-stopping and rebooting my phone, and eventually uninstalled and reinstalled the app. However, after reinstalling, I lost all my games and noticed a change in my user name from Pamsharosy to Pamsharosy1. When I tried to edit my profile to correct this, I received an error message stating that Pamsharosy is already in use. Despite signing in with my [redacted] account, I prefer responses to go to [redacted] I've attempted various solutions but continue to face frustration. Thank you for your assistance with this issue.

I have been playing spades for 40 years but recently experiencing consecutive losses with my best partners. It is frustrating as the card hands seem intentionally unfair, making it difficult to bid or win. Despite a recent win, my overall percentage keeps dropping, which doesn't make sense. I miss Peak, where the card distribution felt fair. If these issues continue, I might have to speak out publicly about the problems with the app and its algorithms.

I have played Words with Friends for several years. Recently, while playing the Solo Game, it became stuck and could not progress to the next level. I attempted to fix it by restarting my phone, uninstalling and then reinstalling the game. Now, I am unable to access my account using my usual email and password combination. The game is still linked to my old email address, [redacted], and my Words ID is PSU. My password, as always, is Shane123. I am worried about losing my stats if I have to create a new account. I've noticed some missing features in my version of Farmville 2. Despite having shears, I can't prune trees or acquire more than the 4 shears in my inventory. I'd appreciate having these functionalities in my game, especially since it's prevented me from participating in the fall jamboree event. Additionally, the ability to feed baby animals multiple bottles at once isn't available in my game, and I'd like to have this option included. I've encountered difficulty with the "upgrade your farm" button, forcing me to navigate through extra favors to access the upgrades. Trying to add my daughter as a Zynga friend is proving troublesome as I can't locate her using the search and add friends feature. Despite active play during the puppy event, I didn't receive a kennel to join the race and would like the opportunity to receive a collie puppy. Although I've yet to see underwater and fishing events on my farm, it's not a major concern. Lastly, some crops take longer than expected to grow, which while not too problematic, it's slightly frustrating.

I am experiencing issues with losing server connection, leading to the need to use extra "unwithers" and duplicate fuel on crops I had already harvested. It has been a while since I last played, and most of my old neighbors are inactive. I tried to find and add active neighbors through the "Forum" option, but when I attempt to log in using Facebook, I receive an alert from Facebook indicating that the "Zynga forums" do not have a secure connection for transferring information. This prevents me from logging in using Facebook. I am unsure how to add new neighbors who are active players. Moreover, I have planted multiple crops and used instagrow to fulfill quests, only to discover that I do not have the bushels needed to craft the required items. Any assistance would be appreciated. I've lost access to my game yet again. After following the instructions provided, now it's claiming my account doesn't exist. This is the third time this has happened, and I'm baffled by how my account keeps getting compromised. The initial incident involved someone from Nebraska taking over my account during the Facebook security breach. I really need to recover my account "enchilada61" as it's the only way I can play games with my husband. The game is installed on my phone. Thank you for your assistance.

Hello, I recently bought a new iPad. My games didn't transfer, and I've been struggling to reload them. I accidentally entered the wrong email and can't fix it. The game has me starting over as a new player, and despite deleting and reinstalling the app multiple times, I can't access my original games. I attempted to log in on my new phone, but can't recall setting a password. No password reset emails have been received, even after multiple requests. Please assist.

My wife's FarmVille account is signed in on my game app, which is preventing me from accessing my own FarmVille account. We have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, but her progress still shows up on my device. Even after disconnecting her Facebook account and trying to link mine, it still recognizes her account. How can I log her out so I can play my game independently? We are using an iPhone.

I am having an issue sharing my posts to my wall. When trying to water my trees, a window pops up asking if I want to share with friends. However, when I click on the share button, the window disappears and I am unable to share. I am waiting for another window to appear to allow me to share, but the option to share does not come up. This is the first time this has happened to me, and I am frustrated as I cannot share my trees on my own wall or in a group. I am wondering if there is a bug in the FarmVille system that is preventing me from sharing. I have been playing for a long time, and this is a new problem for me. Hello, My account is blocked, and I do not know why. I was playing until 6 AM today and managed to get my chip count to [redacted] billion chips. I am confused as to why Zynga would block me as I have not done anything wrong. Playing this game is my only source of entertainment, and I have invested thousands of dollars from my own pocket over the years. Today, I legitimately earned my chips through gameplay. Please help me regain access to my account or direct me on who to contact. I kindly request to have my [redacted] billion chips restored, which I either earned or purchased officially from Zynga. I'm having trouble with "Boggle with Friends" on my new phone. The game version differs from what I had on my old phone. I've reinstalled it five times and followed Zynga's support instructions with no success. My game interface doesn't have the "profile" section to update my information, and it's not in the settings either. I attempted to email their support team, but the address provided is no longer active. I feel extremely frustrated by this situation.
