Ibrahim - under the email P*****@***.com He has sent me a screen shot of his current account. Under great dismay, he ( under this email account) had *** Billion chips. Now the screenshot shows that his current account is now a negative ** billion. (-** billion). We have questions as to why he has a negative balance? Why has there not been an explanation to why the account is like this? What is the procedure that can be made to return the chips, and ensure that this extreme unprofessionalism NEVER happens again? I Brandy Garcia, am trying to have complete understanding of what is going on with Ibrahim account. Looking forward to getting all of this cleared up. Thanks
