Issue wasn't fixed at all. They accused me that iam hacking when i paid aver ****$ in the past * years. They didn't even explain when and how i am hacking when i am playing from my phone. I never ever hacked a game in my life or anything to do with hack. I hope zynga goes down and all there app games go down they basically stole my chips when i reached * trillion with long hard work. I found out unfortunately i am not the only person with same problem it seems its part of there strategy to make you pay money then when you reach over trillion they accuse you with either cheating or hacking or playing team. If you watch every table **% are cheating and team. If they are calling it fair play then they should banned all accounts. DO NOT PAY A PENNY WITH ZYNGAAAAAAA OR ANY OF THERE PRODUCT.
