I was trying to find a way to get a refund for my auto renewal I was unaware of ... I am a user on the Zoosk website and there are charges made on my card in which I did not approve of. Back in August, I had purchased a subscription boost for my profile which eventually expired and I did not make any further purchases from then on. My subscription then auto renewed on the *th of Nov this year, and I was unaware of it. I did not wish to renew my subscription at this time and I would like to be refunded.
This was frustrating because I have a charge on my card that I did not wish to make and would like it refunded
I would like my subscription to be canceled and refunded for the renewal on November *th
I tried calling but I was unable to have my issue fully resolved
