I had an account and I just deactivated. Because I subscribed *month plan on July **, **** and charged $**.** and October **, **** and got charged $**.**. I found out it set as auto renew?? I never know that my acciunt is is set as auto renew and i didn’t get any notification of renew for option and just charged. This is total ripped off and soooo not happy about this service system and I cannot even call the customer service. *And I’m afraid of getting charged again even I deactivated my account, I see that note said “your subscription is successfully cancelled and will remain active until ********. “ does it mean i will still get charged till that time even deactivated??????*I want to get rid of my account information and my credit information permanently. Please rely asap. **Just let you know that my email was *****@***.com on that account.
