When creating my account I made a mistake I don't know what I pressed but I got charged **.** for coins. Then I was looking at the prices for the subscription and got charged **.** Plus *.** I was just looking at these I wasn't sure it was going to become a member or not and then I call to get a refund and all I can get from the **.** was **.** I consider this to be a rip-off and not good business. Then I wanted my **.** Plus the *.** back. All I was able to get back was $* .** I don't think this is proper out of all that money that you guys basically stoled for me this is what I get back **.**. And you guys kept to keep $**.** I think this is totally a rip-off and I should be entitled to a total refund because it was a mistake. I'm taking this to the Better Business Bureau because this is not proper I will not recommend your business to anyone nor will I be part of it thank you
