To whom it may concern,**My name is Adrian Sacharski and I just had my first zipcar experience yesterday. Allow me to provide you with an outline as to why I am thoroughly unsatisfied and demand that the charges to my account be removed. **First off, the car smelled literally smelled like a burnt weed. Not like weed in the distance, but as if someone was smoking in the car at that moment. We had to drive with the windows open the entire time just to avoid the smell. **Second, the car was on empty when I picked it up. The car literally had no gas. I barely made it to a gas station which was rather stressful. **Third, the gas card did not work. I tried several times and even went in to talk to the gas station attendant who informed me that this happens with your service all the time. I followed the proper prompts entered my Gas ID, Odometer reading and nothing. **Fourth, Since the car was on empty and I had already had to get to a gas station, I personally paid for gas to put in the car. I have kept the receipt and expect a reimbursement. **Fifth, because of the entire ordeal with the gas, we were late to our appointment and as a consequence returned the car ** minutes late and received a $** late fee. *The only reason my appointment took longer than expected was because I had to deal with your faulty gas card. **I expect that I will receive response within the stated four hours, as well as having the charges for the trip removed (at least the late fee which is your fault, and and information as to how I get reimbursed for having to pay for gas since your card did not work. **Adrian Sacharski Esq.
