Hi Zipcar,**I was charged a $** late return fee for returning one of your pickups to a lot just ** minutes late. Not only is this unfair amount for such a small window of time that I was late, but there is very little information that warns of these fees in advance. There were no reservations after mine within ** min. I do not have any effect on the trip of the next user.**Besides, When I got to the car, there are lots of dew on the back window at the early morning. I spent a few minutes to realize that there is no windshield wiper on the back window in this model. I had to clean it by myself before I could drive safely. Therefore, I actually had to head out a few minutes late than my plan. And the traffic is bad in downtown Oakland. I have tried my best to return it on time.**As a Zipcar fun for years, I really enjoy using Zipcar. Even sometimes I got the car a few minutes late than my reservation, I totally understand the previous user might have unexpected issues that caused a few minutes late and do not complain about it at all. **I understand late fees, I'm just feeling a little exploited and very disappointed, especially you already added *.* hrs at the rebill statement. I hope you can help me.
