I had a problem with a reservation cancellation today.**Earlier this week, I found out I had to attend a funeral today and made a reservation on your site. **Yesterday, I extended the reservation time. **Then, last night my plans changed and another friend had a car. I was unable to access my phone and tried calling zipcar to cancel. The wait time was over ** min and since I was with my family during this time, I hung up. **I tried calling again this morning to cancel and had the same problem. A long wait time.**When I finally accessed my account to cancel more than ** min before the reservation time, I was not issued a full refund. I tried, twice, to cancel the reservation via phone but was unable.**Given the extraordinary family circumstances, I’m hoping you’ll issue a full refund for this I’m the amount of $***.
