Neither info@ nor support@ zipcar works, it's like no humans work at this company.**I'm complaining about the service. One way trips only being available in Boston. This makes it practically useless. When do you plan to make it happen across the whole network? If your business model is banking on charging people for having the car parked, when it can be at a location available and used by another member then frankly it *****. I am not going to pay extra hours because you don't have this service, I will just not use it. As it is you are not that well covered in the Marin and Sonoma counties of California, it's already inconvenient to drive it from A to B without driving it back to A with the time spent doing whatever is needed to be done. Nobody drives somewhere and drives it back immediately, unless you think people using the service does it for shopping or something??? **Charge an extra fee for return at another location and be done with it, figure it out. That's what traditional rental places do. If someone is going to have it parked for * hours they are NOT going to pay for * hours of service or the whole day, but they WILL pay for a reasonable, nominal fee to return it to another spot.
GetHuman-markchia did not yet indicate what Zipcar should do to make this right.
