The issue in GetHuman-hisanoyu's own words
I reserved a zipcar from *:** pm on Saturday at *** E *nd St. However, when I visited to pick-up, there was no car. I contacted to the zipcar office and the staff transfered my reservation to another zipcar which located at South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center where was far away from *** E *nd St (** min walk). When I arrived South Boston Waterfront Transportation Center, there was no car, so I needed to contact zipcar office again to find another available zipcar. I walked additional ** min then finally got a car. But, fuel was almost empty when I started to drive.*Because of these occurrences, I had to change my plans.*I cannot believe that you are still charging me about this. I would like a refund I paid for this reservation.
