Get it resovled ... I have been waiting for someone to contact me from zip car for about * months. There was a balance owed in my account which was paid for out of my state taxes for a ex pass balance. My account is paid for and I'm trying to understand why you guys have not fixed it yet. Some used my zipcar without my know*and I have been fighting this account ever since. I never received my keycard, I never used the account, but no one wants to help me get this situated
They never fixed it in the system I dont owe zipcar any money because it was paid through my taxes
Fix my account!
I'm a good customer because I never even used my zipcar, someone unknowingly used my account and Imnow i have to suffer because zipcar wont even call me back when they say they will
