I have tried to reserve a car and it tells me the site is down. I've been trying for * days. I called customer service on Sunday and was told I would get a call from customer service in **-** hours to help resolve my issue. I called today because no one has called or emailed me in the **-** hour time period. The CSR, who didn't give her name, was useless. She said someone would call back in **-** hours to help resolve the issue or I could call back and wait on hold again. I waited ** minutes on hold to be told the same thing from * days ago. I have a job interview on Tuesday and I'd rather use a zip car. I'm very unhappy with the lack of customer service help. They seem to be passing the buck and not resolving the issue. How do I get competent help?
