I recently inherited a property and listed it for sale in September. I checked Zillow and saw it with a Zestimate of $[redacted]. However, when I tried to view it today, I kept receiving an error stating the area could not be found. The correct address is 54a Foxberry Lane Bldg 11 Getzville NY [redacted] United States. Despite confirming the zip code is accurate, Zillow doesn't display it. I have it listed in the MLS for $[redacted], so I am unsure why Zillow is not showing it. Even on the Zillow maps, I can only see an outline of the property with no further details. I tried to upload 15 pictures today, but I cannot find the property on Zillow. Any assistance in locating it on Zillow would be appreciated so I can upload the pictures. Thank you.

I have listed a rental unit on your site located at [redacted] W. Magnolia Blvd., Unit #7, Sherman Oaks, CA [redacted]. The Zestimate displayed is inaccurate for this 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom unit with laundry in the unit, balcony, parking, with no pet fees, and it has been recently redone. I have attempted to update the Zestimate without success and also sent an email to your office about this issue over a week ago. Furthermore, the listing was briefly removed by your office and then re-posted after two days. Can you please correct the Zestimate for this highly sought-after rental area in Los Angeles? Thank you.

I would like to address the issue regarding Woodland Realty's agent and broker, Amelia S. This is the fourth request we have submitted, but unfortunately, we have not received any response. A profile was set up for Mrs. S., complete with her profile picture and license. Even though her license was received almost a month ago, it has not been processed yet. Additionally, Mrs. S.'s picture is not appearing on her listings. Is there a way to rectify this situation?

I am encountering an issue where the agent receiving the leads for my property seems to have a negative opinion about it and is redirecting potential buyers elsewhere. I kindly request that the other agents listed, aside from my own, receive the listings instead of the current agent who is not promoting my property positively.

Hello, I had a 30-day contract with an individual to sell my house. He posted it on your website, but it didn't sell within the agreed period. I would like to take it down and repost it myself on your platform at a reduced price of $15,[redacted]. The property address is [redacted] Joe Paul Drive, Cordova, SC [redacted]. Could you assist me in either removing it or guiding me on how to do so? I've attempted to repost it about 10 times but kept receiving an error message.

I recently applied for a property listing at [redacted] 11th St, Bremerton, WA [redacted]. However, I noticed that the listing includes pictures of three different homes without specifying which one is actually available. The property manager's communication has been poor; I received an email at midnight Eastern standard time stating I needed to respond by 3 PM the following day to secure the place. Despite applying, I have not received a callback. The listing is confusing as it mentions [redacted] but later says it's for the lower unit [redacted]. Additionally, the pictures for unit [redacted] at the same address are identical. I'm uncertain about which property I am actually applying to rent due to the lack of clarity provided.

I received a denial for my apartment rental listing and my account was frozen due to requiring additional verification of ownership for the property. I initially provided the property tax bill, but as I recently purchased the property, the tax bill still shows the former owner. I further submitted the grant deed as proof of current ownership. I also submitted a support ticket and have not received a response yet. Our company heavily depends on Zillow for managing over a dozen buildings, so I am anxious for this issue to be resolved. Your prompt attention to this matter would be greatly appreciated.

I've been successfully using Zillow listings for my rental for years. I used to use a separate application and had hard copies for my files. However, with the recent one, I am unable to save or print the credit and info from Zillow. I need a way to keep this information for my records and background checks. Do you archive or retain this information for future access, or how is this handled?

I live at [redacted] SE 5th Street, Cape Coral, FL [redacted]. My property is waterfront, not with a pool like Zillow suggests based on the comparables. The main appeal of my property is its waterfront location, as clearly stated in the facts. I received an email from Alex C., but I can't reach out by phone as I don't have the full last name. This situation is frustrating, as I believe my property is undervalued by Zillow. I've been trying to get in touch with someone over the phone, but my messages are not returned. Hello! As a real estate agent in Boston specializing in rentals, I encountered an issue this morning while trying to post an ad through Yougotlistings. When attempting to sign in to my Zillow account, I received an error message indicating that my email/password combination was incorrect. Despite being confident in the login details, I proceeded to reset the password. However, I did not receive the password reset email. Additionally, I noticed a different email associated with my listing page, leading me to believe my account may have been compromised. I have reached out to Zillow for assistance but have yet to receive a response due to potential delays. Since I am not a premier agent, I am unable to contact them by phone. Any guidance on resolving this situation would be greatly appreciated!

I have informed you multiple times about the missing Zestimate value for [redacted] Greystone Lane, Sunrise Beach, MO. The daily report states there is insufficient data to calculate it. I provided the latest appraisal with comparable sales two weeks ago. Our home in The Villages at Shawnee Bend is the only one without a Zestimate. I have yet to receive a satisfactory response regarding this matter for our home valued over $1.1 million! Interestingly, my neighbors do not encounter the same problem. Thank you. Dr. Don H.

Last month, I responded to an apartment ad in San Diego that Zillow sent me. When I requested to see the place, the company asked me to complete an application that required sensitive information like my social security number and driver's license. Despite providing all this, I never received any further communication. I am concerned about the legitimacy of this rental company and how they may be using my personal details. I recently listed my home for sale by owner. Prior to the listing, the house site displayed all the latest pictures. However, once I listed it, all the pictures disappeared. I have the necessary permission to use those images. Could you kindly repost the pictures of the house and interior? Unfortunately, I don't have copies of them on my phone. I obtained these pictures when I listed the property with a realtor, but since I've switched to selling on my own, I would greatly appreciate having them back up. I believe there may be an error in the estimated value of my property on 23N Piki Place, Lahaina, HI [redacted]. The comparison to the neighboring properties, especially the foreclosure, is affecting the accuracy of the estimate. I have two Zillow accounts that need to be merged. The first account is under [redacted], and the second one is [redacted] I accidentally created the second account when trying to update my email from [redacted] to [redacted] after leaving my previous brokerage. However, my new listings are not syncing correctly. When I try to edit my [redacted] account to [redacted], Zillow says that the name is already in use, even though it's my own account. Can someone please assist me with resolving this issue? Thank you.

I have two issues to address. Firstly, the daily listing report for [redacted] Greystone Lane, Sunrise Beach, MO did not arrive this morning as expected. Typically, it is received around 7:00 or 8:00 AM CDT daily. Secondly, we are still experiencing problems with our Zestimate report even after a month of discussions. Our home, located in The Villages at Shawnee Bend, a luxury home development in Camden County, Missouri, Lake of the Ozarks region, is listed for sale. Most comparable homes in the area are listed for over $1,[redacted],[redacted]. We had the house appraised, and it was valued at over $1.1 million. Despite this, our Zestimate report is missing. Other homes in The Villages have their Zestimate reports visible on Zillow, but ours has yet to return. Please promptly resolve these issues. Thank you. Dr. DH

The property at [redacted] E Sycamore, Willows, CA [redacted] is currently displaying a Zestimate of $[redacted],[redacted]. Three months ago, the estimated value was $[redacted],[redacted]. It appears there is an error in the current valuation and the accompanying graph. Over the past 7 years of owning the property, I have closely monitored Zillow estimates. It seems like the wrong house may be linked to these new values. Could you please assist in rectifying this issue? Thank you.

I obtained my real estate license in August this year. After moving to Bean Group in Peterborough, New Hampshire, my new license number is [redacted]. When trying to set up my Zillow account, I am faced with a validation issue with my license number. Please validate my license soon so my clients can leave reviews. Thank you.

I would like to request the removal of our home from your listing service. It is not for sale, and the information detailing the estimate is inaccurate. Additionally, there seems to be a neighboring property listed for $75,[redacted] more than ours, which is misleading. Homeowners are being affected by erroneous information provided by sites like yours, leading to unrealistic expectations in home prices. Our address is [redacted] Fulton Road, Hedgesville, WV [redacted]. We have not given any permission, whether written or verbal, for our home to be displayed on your platform for profit. I have left two messages via phone regarding the property I am selling at [redacted] Neighbor Street, Fernandina Beach, FL [redacted]. The listing price is $[redacted],[redacted], but the Zestimate is approximately $[redacted],[redacted]. In my community, homes are similar in structure with unique exteriors. My neighbor's home at [redacted] Neighbor is essentially the same as mine, except for a [redacted] sq ft addition. Despite our extensive renovations, the Zestimate for my home falls short in the range of $[redacted],[redacted] to $[redacted],[redacted]. I believe the discrepancy is due to differences in Appraised Value. Our home's value is affected by a 3% annual cap on assessments because of our homestead status, while my neighbor's property, being a vacation home, sees market-driven increases. As a result, his Appraised Value and property taxes are significantly higher. I kindly request an immediate adjustment to my Zestimate. Thank you, Garth Rathgeber.
