I submitted my Zillow listing and received a verification call from "Gabby." The connection was terrible and I could barely understand her. I believe she asked me to verify my address, so I told it to her. She told me was not the same as the address in the listing. I told her that was not possible. She then said I had to resubmit and ended the call. I called back the number listed on my caller ID and I explained the situation to another Zillow employee. She asked me to verify the number I was calling from and asked if it was used in the listing. I told her the number and confirmed it was used in the listing. She then advised me there was NO LISTING under that number. I spent a lot of time on the narratives and she just deleted it! Is there any way to access my submission? I believe Zillow may have changed my street address from East Broadway to just Broadway. There is a Broadway, but there also are East and West Broadways. I think she may have invalidated my submission because I told her my actual address, EAST BROADWAY. Please find out if they have any history of my submission and if this was indeed the problem. Thank you
