Hi,**Please help! We have contacted the general Zillow contact link twice now since July *, but have not received any response. (We contacted you from *****@***.com)**On Friday, June **, we listed our second home (condo) for rent on Zillow and also applied to use your Rental Manager. On Sunday, after waiting three days pending review, Zillow declined our listing altogether. Simultaneously, we also noticed that suddenly the other existing rental listings by other condo homeowners in our building were suddenly removed from Zillow as well.*What has happened?****This address at *** Boulevard, Atlanta contains mostly privately-owned condos like ours which were converted from apartments to condos in ****, but there is also one other building that has not yet been converted from apartments and is managed by a corporation.*On Sunday, July *, *Zillow*removed all rental listings for the privately-owned condo units in all the other buildings and*yet allowed rental listings only for that separate commercial apartment building next door. Today, we see that even those have been removed but one condo owner is now listing their rental.**On the Zillow site, we were asked for the name of our business. Since we are not real estate professionals, we did not have a company to enter so we made up a name. Could this be part of the problem? I tried to delete that, but now it won't let me delete the info.*We do not own multiple units, we only have one condo that we wish to rent.
