Help with my Zillow issue
I am a happy, longtime Zillow customer using your website to purchase, rent and sell several properties in Dallas, Oregon. I own the property: **** SW Rainbow Ave Dallas, Oregon *****.*I believe the valuation is **-**% too low because of my $**,**** in remodel upgrades (see photos) as compared to the local market including: *New covered deck.*New cedar fencing and gate.*New windows throughout.*Refinished oak hardwood floors throughout (the floor looks like artwork).*New counter tops, sinks and faucets throughout.*Oversized garage with new large storage loft. *Well maintained yard with apple and fig trees.*New water heater.*Updated electric system.*Please revalue my property with this new information.
