This is regarding my property at **** W Surrey Ave, Glendale, AZ. You have the Zestimate at $***,*** which is $** Sq Ft. That is what it might be if it needed to be totally remodeled. *Current Estimated Value*$***,****Last RVM* Update: **********RVM* Est. Range: $***,*** – $***,****This house has been totally remodeled from bottom to top with new kitchen including new granite counter tops, new top of the line cabinets, new faucet, new stainless steel sink, R*O system, new stainless steel appliances, new tile. All * bathrooms are like new-- all new granite counter tops, new vanities with all new fixtures, new toilets, new tile in shower stalls, new glass enclosures for the shower stalls, new tile floors.**All the flooring is brand new with tile and laminate through out the downstairs and attached office, new carpet upstairs except in the bathrooms which have the new tile. The roof is newer energy efficient that helps keep the energy cost down. All the windows have been upgraded to the most energy efficient dual pain, low e, argon gas filled vinyl Milgard Windows. *The pool has new pool equipment and new plaster resurfacing.**Everything is new.
