Hello**I have been a good customer to Zara and was very disappointing with the customer service I received at the Beverly center store by Eduardo the store manager. I had purchased and item and had the receipt and tags and it was within the ** days. Eduardo was very arrogant and rude and short and not at all understanding or helpful. He said that the item had a long tag missing but I bought the item and it never had that and the reason I was returning The item was because the zipper gets stuck on the item. The manager Said I should go to century city where I bought it and I told him I would just get charged for parking to be told the same thing I asked if he could help and he said to go to century city and walked away and left me there In the middle of my sentence. As he walked away I yelled that’s not a way to treat a customer. He then called security and when security arrived they said he was the only manager there and he would not come out to the counter and security gave me the customer service number which was closed due to being after hours. I have never been treated so poorly. I did have my phone and taped the whole thing. This manager should be fired or be trained. I would like a supervisor to contact me to discuss the incident and to provide video of the whole thing so they can fire or train this person I would also lie a refund of the item in full and apology for this whole incident . This person is not fit to manage a store I am so upset with the way he treated me. I also have the. Security officers name and phone number and they said they would be happy to provide a statement as well how we were not causing a scene and this manager was so rude to me.
