On **th November **** i went to zara in watford intu shopping mall. I wanted to exchange two items as the size was wrong for one of the item and another item i wanted to change into something however i did not had a receipt as it was a present from my mother and she did not keep the receipt. I have politely asked member of staff to exchange for me those jumpers as it doesnt fit me but she refused to do so I have asked to speak with the floor manager. When the manager came she was really rude to me and refused to help me. As she did not wanted to change it for me I have asked nicely at least to change the size but again she was really rude and refuse anything for me. In my ** years shopping experience in Zara i have never had any problems before. I have only asked to exchange the size for the same item, i did not asked for a refund or store credit. I am really upset about what happened in Watford store and they left me without any options. Now i have two sweaters which i cannot wear because the size is wrong.
