My daughter had purchased a jacket to gift me on *th oct from Zara showroom, Viviana mall Thane.*We stay in nasik which is around *** kms away from Thane, we are regular customers and big fan of Zara product.*This particular jacket has a very hard fabric , and after wearing it I realised that product is not worth, I wanted it to be replaced, but the sad part is that my daughter lost the bill of same in travel. I spoke couple of times to store manager and sales person as well, they explained me how replacement is not possible without a bill.*But I still have a hope that's why I am writing this mail, if product is not replaced it won't be used either,**Please help. It's bit emotional issue as daughter has gifted me.**I hope my problem will be considered and Zara will not let me down**Thanks
