Help with my Zara issue

Hello,*My orders number are ********* and **********My return tracking label is ****************.*Yes, I put * items of * order in one box to make it easier to carry it to the Post office.*On July ** I send the orders back to Zara because the clothes and shoes quality doesn’t fit my expectations.*On July **, I received the return confirmation of *- only * items, instead of * from order ********* and*- only * items, instead of * from order *********.*I called to report it, the first time* after discussing with her manager I was told to wait for few more days, “a full refund will me make”!*Next day, Aug* Zara refund me the last item of order *********.*Later, August *th I received a voice mail about according to tracking number, they don’t receive those items from order number *********.*I called again on August * and provide the same tracking number, your staff told me I will receive email for the refund asap.*On August *th, (already pass the ** days from received date) the staff called me and said that because the items that I send back doesn’t pass the quality requirements, they will send them back to me!*From August * to August *, * days to process a refund for * box of few items? I’d like to know what happened?*What is the quality requirements? Is it return before ** days, unworn and same condition when customers receive? If it is, I guarantee you that I do the same!*When I receive the package, I just tried on to make sure it fit, walk around my room (not even the whole apartment) because I don’t want to make it dirty! *Because I still not receive the package Zara sends back so I don’t know for sure by “doesn’t pass the quality requirements” * what does it means, so I will wait until I receive them.*If it is because there is no box then it is extremely ridiculous because Zara doesn’t ship them with boxes for shoes, instead, Zara just wrapped them by thin white papers. When I sent them back to Zara, I do exactly the same!**Once I receive the items back, I will take pictures of them then compare with the picture I took before when I first received them to see what is the different. I help my sister to buy them so I took those pictures and sent her (time indicated).**I will definitely send another email to Zara as well with those pictures. Hope by that time, Zara will be able to explain to me
