I purchased a suit for my son, traveled a few hours to a Zara store because it was highly recommended. On the second time wearing the suit, the back of the right arm started to separate. I have contacted the store where I purchased it, they told me to contact customer service. I did that, followed the instructions to send pictures and after * days, received a call back telling me to take it to the store. I explained two things....the store referred me to them and second, I don't live near a store. It's a two hour drive. By the time I can return to a store, it will be beyond the ** days purchase window and will they even consider replacing the defective product at that point? I'm super frustrated with being bounced back and forth and requested multiple times to be able to send the blazer by mail rather than needing to travel to a store. Can't you please work with me? HELP!!!!!! (case number is ********)
