However, I strongly believe that the content of the video did not promote any form of harassment or cyberbullying. I have already submitted an appeal, explaining these points clearly and respectfully. I am confident that this strike was issued in error as my video did not violate any community guidelines or copyright policies. I kindly request a thorough review of my case and the reinstatement of my channel, as I feel this suspension was unjust. I have been attempting to contact customer service for several months. I recall there used to be an agent at the call center. Although there might not be a call center, I have previously interacted with customer service, possibly because it was related to Google. Firstly, I encountered an issue when trying to watch the movie "Taking Lives" with Ethan Hawk and Angelina Jolie that I rented. The movie abruptly stopped after 5 minutes, indicating that the site did not have permission to display it. Not only am I unable to watch the film, but my PayPal account was also charged. Secondly, regarding YouTube Premium, I was informed that I could pay for my subscription using my Google Play balance. However, I have been unable to find this option like when I initially signed up for the free trial on YouTube. Additionally, when attempting to request a refund, I am unable to proceed as the system claims I have already watched the movie, which is untrue.

I can't access my YouTube Studio in my YouTube account. I'm prompted to verify my identity, but when I try, I receive an error message stating, "We can't complete this action right now. Something is wrong..." with further details. There's a "Security Checkup" link provided, but clicking it only allows me to adjust security settings and not regain access to my YouTube Studio account.

I have two questions. Firstly, I created my YouTube channel on February 16, [redacted], but I stopped posting for a while. I recently started again on August 1. I am wondering if the deadline to reach [redacted] subscribers and [redacted] watched hours for monetization will be on February 16, [redacted], or if I have until August 1, [redacted]. Secondly, I am confused about how YouTube counts watched hours. I did four live streams four days ago, calculated the hours watched, but when I checked the monetization program, the hours I counted were not reflected. Do live streams not count towards the watched hours for monetization, only regular video clips? I appreciate your help in clarifying this for me. Thank you for your assistance.

Since Sunday, I have been trying to reach out for assistance. My YouTube channel, Inside The Seams, has been hijacked, and I am struggling to find proper help. Even after contacting a company you recommended, providing my credit card information, the person assigned to assist me was unable to resolve the issue. This lack of progress is frustrating, and it seems oversight on your part. The hijacker still has control of my channel, exposing personal information like my name and photos.

Hello team, I am writing to explain the recent incident involving my channel. On (date), my channel was hacked, and the hacker uploaded videos about COD and Far Cry, which were not in line with my usual content focused on travel and motorcycles. Upon regaining access, I promptly removed the unauthorized videos. I received no prior warnings about the suspension/termination. I believe the termination was unfair as the hacker was responsible. Please reinstate my channel and clarify if the suspension is temporary. Could you specify the duration of the suspension and provide assistance in reporting the hacking incident? All the content from my channel, PalaKalola, which was originally managed by the email [redacted], has been removed without my consent. I am disappointed with YouTube’s lack of support in this matter. I urgently need this issue resolved, and all my deleted content must be restored to me as it is my intellectual property. If I do not receive a response promptly, I will be forced to create a website to alert others about this situation. I am willing to drop this matter if YouTube addresses and resolves the problem satisfactorily.

Regrettably, I felt neglected and swiftly dismissed when it became apparent I couldn't make a purchase. It is disheartening that in a time of need, my plea for help went unheeded, emphasizing only monetary transactions. Despite this, I urge the service provider, known as GetHuman, to reflect on their actions and consider the impact of their interactions on individuals in distress. The power of a simple act of kindness could well outweigh the importance of profit margins.

I am currently experiencing two issues with my YouTube account. Firstly, during live streams, my comments intermittently fail to show up to viewers. When I exit and re-enter, they vanish immediately, which is frustrating. This problem has resurfaced after previously encountering it a few months ago. Secondly, I mistakenly deleted my entire YouTube watch and search history. Consequently, all my recommended videos and previously watched content are gone. This is particularly distressing as I had meticulously curated my history, especially related to hololive content. Dear Sir, Yesterday, on October 30, [redacted], at 8:00 p.m., I received a call from an unknown girl on WhatsApp. She started undressing during the call, prompting me to disconnect. Shortly after, she messaged me threatening to share a screen recording of the video call unless I paid her [redacted] INR to delete it. I chose to ignore her. Later in the afternoon, another unknown person claiming to be Sanjay Singh from the YouTube office called me, requesting payment of [redacted] INR to delete the video. He also mentioned that my number was reported to cybercrime. Unfortunately, I fell for this scam and gave the money. I am seeking assistance and advice on how to handle this situation promptly. When transferring the channel to the brand account, I received an error message. After 20 minutes, the channel disappeared. Found links to 42 out of [redacted] videos on the data collection server. Is it possible to download these videos for re-uploading? Channel "Denis Astro"

I am seeking clarification on why my YouTube account was permanently banned. I have never uploaded any videos, only watched them. Suddenly, I received an email stating that my account was suspended for violating terms without prior warning. The email only recommended an appeal which was swiftly denied without a proper explanation. I reached out on Twitter, but received no response. I am left wondering about the treatment of users on your platform and the reliability of your company. I could have been a content creator relying on YouTube for income, and losing it all without reason is concerning. If you were in my shoes, how would you feel about the company's actions?

I am from India. Two days ago, I received a friend request from a beautiful girl on Facebook, which I accepted. Last night, when I returned to my hotel after having a drink, the same girl messaged me on Facebook chat. In my intoxicated state, I responded, and she then asked for my WhatsApp number, which I shared. She proceeded to video call me on WhatsApp, during which she exposed herself. Unfortunately, at the same time, I was changing my clothes for bed. They recorded this video without my knowledge. Today, I received a call from someone claiming to be a YouTube manager from Delhi. They threatened to upload the video chat on YouTube unless I pay them. The number they called from is +[redacted]46. I need assistance to resolve this situation.

I apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, both Google and YouTube have hidden and removed my YouTube channel despite my efforts to appeal the decision. I feel disheartened by the false information provided by them, leading to the termination of my channel. I have not intentionally included copyright videos on my channel and have been creating my original content since [redacted]. Regrettably, my channel was terminated on August 5 without a valid reason. I have been incorrectly charged by YouTube Premium at $9.99 per month for about a year. Despite my attempts to cancel, Google has not allowed me to do so. Contacting customer service has been difficult, so I took action to stop the automatic credit card payments.
