A few months back I ordered YouTube premium for my cell for $**.** a month. That amount was to be added to my cell phone bill. I noticed that for * months in a row, you added double the payments on my cell bill. So I canceled my account with you on October **th I got my phone bill yesterday and you friggin charged my cell phone bill again. I would like to be reimbursed for the * months that you took double payments and this last month that is a total of $**.** this is getting on my nerves I don't have a job thanks to covid. I can't collect CERB cheques to supplement my income. * However I do know my rights . I will go above your head
