My YouTube channel freezes after approximately twenty to twenty-five minutes of viewing. The issue typically starts with loading and inevitably results in freezing. When it freezes, I am unable to go back or switch to another topic to watch. The only solution is to unplug my Vizio TV and restart it. The problem has been ongoing since the quarantine started, regardless of the time of day. My Netflix and Hulu channels work fine without any interruptions. I watch the YouTube Channel on both my fifty and fifty-five-inch Vizio TVs and my family enjoys it. I appreciate any assistance with resolving this issue. Thank you.

Dear YouTube Team, I recently had my YouTube account suspended. Despite receiving an email about it, I have not knowingly violated any community guidelines or policies. I believe this may have been a mistake due to a YouTube algorithm issue. I respectfully request a review of my channel to identify any potential errors. I can assure you that my videos did not contain any form of nudity, violent or graphic content, hateful speech, threats, spam/scam, or misleading metadata. If I unknowingly uploaded content that violated the rules, I sincerely apologize and promise to adhere to the guidelines moving forward. I mainly post tutorial videos to help gamers fix issues with their games, and I believe the gaming community benefits from this content. I kindly ask the YouTube team to reconsider the suspension and restore my account so I can continue sharing helpful videos without any infractions. Thank you for your attention to this matter. I create various anime-based playlists on my YouTube channel. This morning, when I added a video to my "FAV OP/ED OSTS(ALL-ish)" playlist, it didn't show up correctly. Although the video was added to the playlist, it disappeared from my library. I tried searching for the playlist on YouTube, and it seems to exist, but it's not showing up in my library. This issue is frustrating because now my "MIRACULOUS LADYBUG" playlist is experiencing the same problem. I'm concerned that each day one of my playlists keeps disappearing until I have none left. I would appreciate any assistance with resolving this ongoing problem.

I have an old YouTube channel from [redacted] that I managed to access in [redacted]. The issue is that the email associated with the account was my parents' email, and since they've deleted it, I can no longer sign in using the username function. I've been trying to recover the account associated with the username Megamashful, but I can't remember the password from [redacted]. Even though I created a new password in [redacted], it doesn't work. Google doesn't seem to have an option to recover the old password, and my only hope is to answer security questions to prove my identity. I've tried various methods to regain access to the account, but to no avail. It appears there is no direct support line for YouTube or Google. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.

I recently noticed that the offline YouTube videos I had downloaded on my iPhone are no longer showing up in the downloads section. Even though the app storage size is larger due to the offline videos, the downloads seem to have disappeared. I have gone through the YouTube and iPhone settings, restarted my phone, reinstalled the app, signed out and back in, but the downloads are still missing. My phone has been connected to the internet consistently, so the downloads should not have expired. I hope there is a solution to restore my original downloads as there were too many to re-download individually.

My access was suspended due to an alleged violation of Community Standards. Despite repeated requests, there has been no response or evidence provided to support this claim. I insist on receiving the necessary proof to reactivate my access and will not create a new account. It seems many others are experiencing similar issues with YouTube suspensions without valid explanations. If more individuals contact the FCC about this restriction of access to news and information, YouTube may be compelled to justify each suspension. Just a thought.

Hello, I've noticed that my view numbers are decreasing recently. For instance, when I checked my analytics, I saw that on July 15, [redacted], the total number of views was displayed as zero, which is unusual considering my channel usually receives between 5,[redacted] and 10,[redacted] views daily. The total views for the last 28 days have also decreased from over [redacted],[redacted] to [redacted],[redacted]. I believe the missing views are from July 15th. Although I am not monetized, it's still important for me to track views and subscribers as they contribute to the channel's popularity. I've observed that the subscriber count is not updating correctly either. Despite gaining new subscribers daily according to analytics, the total number is stagnant at around 8,[redacted] for the past year. I would appreciate it if you could investigate this matter further and determine if there is a significant issue causing these discrepancies. Thank you.

I have been using the YouTube app on my Android phone without any issues for a few months, but recently it has been failing to load properly. Whenever I try to open the app, it gets stuck on the loading screen indefinitely. To temporarily fix this, I have to go to my Android settings, select the YouTube app, clear both data and cache, and then the app works fine. However, as soon as I close the app or reopen it later, the problem reoccurs, and I have to repeat the process of clearing data and cache. Despite trying various troubleshooting steps like updating the app and Android software, reinstalling the app, and even performing a factory reset on my phone, the issue persists. It is frustrating to have to repeat the data and cache clearing process multiple times a day. Any advice on how to resolve this persistent problem would be greatly appreciated.

I am continually seeing advertisements for a channel named Classically Abby on my YouTube feed. While I support creators sharing their ideas, I find that the content on this channel is attempting to alter my perspectives on important matters and frequently mentions God and Christianity. YouTube has been a platform where various creators can express themselves without bias, but the promotion of this channel is making me feel like I am being fed pro-Christian and potential anti-feminist content. I urge YouTube to address this concern so that the platform can remain inclusive for all users and creators.

On YouTube, next to my icon, an unwanted name is displayed when I publish content that I can't seem to remove or change. However, on my Google account, everything appears correctly as per my settings. I've searched through every section of my account but haven't been able to resolve this issue. If anyone has expertise in Google, specifically YouTube, I would appreciate any assistance with this matter.

Earlier today, July 30th, [redacted], between 1pm and 3pm, I encountered an issue while watching a video on a video-sharing platform. After finishing one video and moving on to the next in the series, I couldn't locate the volume slider. Despite attempting various troubleshooting steps such as reloading the page, restarting my computer, and checking in an incognito tab, the volume slider remained absent. I also confirmed the absence of the volume slider on other videos and channels, indicating it was not isolated to a specific source. After researching solutions online without success, I am seeking assistance to resolve this matter promptly.

A few months ago, I transitioned my personal YouTube channel into an official artist channel successfully. However, recently I attempted to move the channel to a brand account to streamline the name, but encountered an error message stating that it couldn't be changed due to its status as an official artist channel. Despite my efforts, I haven't found a solution through YouTube Help Center. My aim is to have a concise channel name like "Aeromax" instead of the current "Aeromax Music." I need assistance urgently. My boyfriend's YouTube account has been hacked. The hacker changed his password, blocking access to his Google account. The hacker is altering various aspects of his YouTube channel, such as the name, setting content as private, making it inaccessible, and deleting content. When I visited his page, it stated that his channel has been terminated. Is there a possibility to regain access to a terminated channel? Your prompt help is greatly appreciated.

I am having trouble reaching Youtube support directly. My 13-year-old autistic grandson recently started posting music videos under the band name, "Majestic Change." His videos were initially doing well with [redacted] views within the first hour, but then the view count froze. The following day, the views were reduced to around 50, which was devastating for him. Subsequent releases have also experienced issues with views, likes, and comments disappearing or fluctuating. He is passionate about his music and sees it as a future career opportunity. He does not engage in artificial methods to boost his numbers. Why is Youtube affecting his viewer statistics in this way? Can this be resolved to support his genuine efforts? I am unable to access my YouTube account despite having my username and password on hand. After a period of inactivity, when I wanted to upload videos, it requested a verification code that was sent to my old mobile number. I discarded the old SIM card with the phone, so I can't complete the verification. Despite having my username, password, matching email address, and the same location, I've attempted to recover the account 10 times without success. Unfortunately, YouTube claims that I haven't provided enough proof of ownership. I've followed all the recommended steps, with the final suggestion being to create a new account. However, I've been using this username for the past three months consistently, and changing it wouldn't align with the brand I've built. Every time I upload a video on YouTube, I notice a decrease in subscribers. They took away 2 of my subscribers, bringing me back down to [redacted] from [redacted]. Additionally, they removed [redacted] public watch hours that I had accumulated. This ongoing issue is truly frustrating. Despite reaching out for help, I have not received any response from YouTube. I am reporting a video that has been bullying me, spreading lies, and harassing me. I urgently request the removal of the video as it contains slanderous and inappropriate content. The video in question is from the Outlaw Nation podcast, and it needs to be taken down promptly. The owner of the podcast has allegedly been involved in troubling incidents, and the video is causing me significant distress. Due to the extreme stress caused by these online attacks, I have suffered severe health issues, leading to paralysis in my right side.
