Hello, I recently searched for my name online and discovered that I have inactive accounts on Twitter and YouTube created around 6 years ago. I have reached out to Twitter about this and would like to do the same with YouTube to either regain access or have them deleted. I can't recall the email or password for these accounts as I haven't used them since posting English homework presentations. The account in question is under the name CENGİZ AYDIN FELİX ETİCİ on YouTube. I have already contacted Twitter separately to address a similar situation there. I am willing to provide any necessary information to verify my identity. Thank you in advance for your assistance.

A few years ago, I had a YouTube channel named 'TopHatPlays' where I shared videos of me playing games and showcasing my editing skills. Unfortunately, a friend hacked into my account and deleted it, causing me to lose all my videos and my channel. I had two channels but 'TopHatPlays' was the one I focused on the most. I recently reopened the account and I am wondering if there is any way to retrieve my old videos. It would mean a lot to me to have those memories back. I was deeply involved in my YouTube community and winning an award was a highlight for me. I hope there is a way to recover my gaming videos, as they were a big part of my life. Thank you for considering my request.

I have been dealing with harassment for over a year now. Two of my channels were taken down due to false flagging. I have identified the person responsible, who not only continued to harass me but also had his own channel removed for severe violations. This individual has over [redacted] channels and has hacked into my YouTube account, creating video after video to torment me. This person is an abuser, harasser of women, bully, and hacker. Despite reporting this behavior multiple times to YouTube, I have received no response. The continuous slander and abuse are causing me severe stress and anxiety. I am desperate for a resolution to this situation.

I recently learned about the upcoming COPPA law that may impact Youtube, and as a small content creator on the platform, I strongly oppose this proposal. The distinction between 'made for kids' and 'not made for kids' is ambiguous and requires clarification or reconsideration. For instance, an animated channel producing violent or mature content could be classified as 'made for kids' under COPPA due to the cartoon format, which is concerning due to the lack of clear guidelines. I create reaction and gaming videos on my channel as a recreational hobby without earning income. The uncertainty surrounding this law has caused stress as it may affect my channel. Some videos I react to might be deemed 'made for kids' based on the content, while my language is definitely not kid-friendly, leading to confusion about compliance. The potential fines for non-compliance with this vaguely defined law are worrying. Being recently out of school, a fine exceeding $42,[redacted] is unmanageable for me and many others in similar situations. Instead of imposing strict and unclear regulations on the main platform, I suggest focusing on improving the existing Youtube Kids app for child safety measures. This would be a more effective way to safeguard children without jeopardizing the livelihoods of creators and the platform itself.

Hello, I am encountering an issue with my 4k video downloader software. It has alerted me that enabling high intensity might improve download speed but could lead to a temporary ban on my IP address by YouTube. I have paid to download a playlist, and I am currently at a friend's house without WiFi trying to save videos to watch on VLC offline. I am unable to complete the download of the playlist I started earlier and I urgently need to download two playlists. One playlist is in progress, and the other is the KJV by Alexander Scourby, which I enjoy listening to. I have been without internet access for a month and a half, and these videos are essential for me at home. Could you please assist me in downloading these playlists to my VLC player promptly? I appreciate your quick response in helping me with this matter. Kind regards, Brigitte 3Z3K13L Lalonde

I have heard a rumor circulating that YouTube may be deleting channels that do not generate enough revenue or have fewer than one thousand subscribers. My channel, which is at risk if this is true, falls into that category. I am reaching out to other YouTubers to address this issue and I am seeking clarification from YouTube on the validity of this rumor. I hope that YouTube will communicate openly with us and provide accurate information. If there are plans to remove smaller channels, I urge YouTube to listen to our concerns before taking action. I am prepared to stand up for my channel in this situation. My name is Antonio Armenta, and my YouTube channel is AnttheZombieSlayer. Thank you.

Hello. I've been wanting to contact you for some time now. Unfortunately, I lost all the videos I downloaded on YouTube Premium when my phone was replaced under warranty. I tried to pay for it again, but it says I'm already subscribed until December 11th. I've been charged for a service I couldn't use, as I can't download anything even after subscribing. I need this fixed to access the feature for new videos. I also need help getting back all the lost videos, as Apple and Verizon advised me to contact you. I'll review my bank statement, and if I've been charged for unused services, I'd like a refund. Thank you.

I have a query about COPPA regulations on my channel. According to the "Kids Content" section of the YouTube help center, if I'm unsure if my content is intended for kids, I should inform them. The guidelines mention that content for children includes elements like children or children's characters, popular children's programming, play-acting with children's toys, child protagonists involved in natural play patterns, and popular children's songs or stories. My concern arises from the fact that while my videos feature characters that could attract children, they do not contain play-acting, child protagonists engaging in natural play, or popular children's content like songs or stories. My channel focuses on reviewing action figure collectibles for adult collectors, not children. I'm worried about the ambiguity in defining kids' content as I wish to avoid a hefty fine of $42,[redacted] and preserve my channel's features.

I recently received an email notifying me that my YouTube account has been suspended due to an alleged violation of the platform's policies regarding the promotion of illegal or regulated goods. However, I want to clarify that I do not engage in such activities and believe this suspension to be an error on YouTube's part. I have attempted to appeal this decision, but unfortunately, my account remains suspended. I kindly request assistance in reinstating my YouTube account (www.youtube.com/c/teamsolution) so that I can address any potential issues with the content in question. I have not received any prior warnings regarding a violation, and I am eager to resolve this misunderstanding promptly. Your help in rectifying this situation would be greatly appreciated.

I recently transferred my Starz subscription from Comcast Xfinity to YouTube TV. Despite having Parts 1 and 2 of the 3-part mini-series "Dead Man's Walk," I couldn't find Part 3 on YouTube TV. Starz advised the issue lies with YouTube TV and suggested I subscribe directly to Starz or via Amazon Prime. Before canceling my YouTube TV Starz subscription, could you fix this by adding Episode 3 of Dead Man's Walk to your in-app streaming library? I hope to hear from you soon. I attempted to reach out by phone but was placed on hold for over 30 minutes. While I requested a callback option, it's unavailable. If you wish to contact me, you can reach me at [redacted] or by email at [redacted].

I am a Hulu subscriber but due to their rate increase, I am exploring other options starting with YouTubeTV. I signed up for your service but canceled within the 7-day trial as I had already paid Hulu for the month. To my surprise, I was charged for a full month as your trial is only 5 days unlike others. I missed the 5-day deadline unintentionally. I wasn't alerted about the short trial period and considering my fixed income as a retiree, an unexpected $50 hit is significant. I request a refund for the charge. Thank you for your assistance.

YouTube has been censoring my chat messages, which is concerning. My messages are initially displayed but then deleted, showing an unknown error when I try to edit them. This censorship algorithm is incorrect and suppressing important truthful information without hate speech. As a user in the USA, I believe in the right to free speech granted by the First Amendment. I urge YouTube to address this issue and reduce the censorship of valid messages. Truth is not hate; it's meant to improve the world for all. This censorship seems like an attempt to control the narrative. I hope YouTube can rectify this situation to avoid it escalating and becoming a political issue. It's essential to respect all viewpoints, including those rooted in truth without hate. Please address this problem in the algorithm program to uphold fairness and free expression on the platform.Best, SL

I am disappointed to share that Mister Domestic's channel was taken over three weeks ago, and his videos were deleted, turning into a political mess. Despite following the guidelines to regain access, he only received a generic apology message. It's almost [redacted], and I believe it should be possible to retrieve his videos and remove the person who took over his channel. This situation seems like a clear case of bullying, which is unacceptable. I kindly ask for a more thorough effort to be made to retrieve his [redacted] videos and not take the side of the bully. It's vital to demonstrate that the video service cares for all its users and can rectify such situations promptly.

After canceling our cable due to high costs, my wife signed us up for Philo TV, but since they don't offer local channels, I decided to give YouTube TV a try. I enjoyed the content, especially being able to watch NFL football every Sunday, Monday, and Thursday. Despite living in Houston, it was hard to watch Carolina Panther's games until I tried YouTube TV and was delighted to watch a local game. Unfortunately, my trial subscription ended on Sunday, November 24, right in the middle of a crucial matchup between Carolina and New Orleans. It was disappointing, but overall, YouTube TV saved us money, and I've decided to keep it. Thanks for the savings! Dale Stewart

During the trial period, I couldn't set up YouTube TV on my [redacted] Samsung TV. I recently purchased a new television to resolve this. When I try to enter the code on the TV to launch the app, I encounter a loop indicating I am not signed in. Also, when I attempt to sign in, it mentions I can't pay for the app. Around November 22nd, my credit card got charged, indicating I am now a paying customer. Additionally, I changed my Google password during this time.

Hello, this is Kitty Lopez from YouTube. I am reaching out regarding the recent issues with my account. I recently received two community strikes on my channel, and upon review, I acknowledge that my shower nudity videos violated YouTube's policies and Community Guidelines. I understand the impact this has had on my channel, resulting in disabled uploading and restrictions in my YouTube Creator Studio. I kindly request to have my uploading, longer videos, and custom thumbnail capabilities restored. Additionally, I am seeking guidance on how to address and potentially remove the strikes from my account. I assure you that I have familiarized myself with all the community guidelines and am committed to adhering to them moving forward. I sincerely apologize for the oversight and am asking for an opportunity to rectify this situation. Thank you for your understanding.

I enjoy watching YouTube videos and recently noticed that administrators removed two clips from the channel of a Vietnamese lawyer named "Tran Quoc Vu Lawye." While I'm not a fan of his, I believe the deletion was unfair. It seems that YouTube may rely too heavily on one-sided complaints without thoroughly researching the issues. Experienced channel owners sometimes misuse their expertise to intimidate less knowledgeable or new creators with unjustified complaints. These inexperienced creators often struggle to defend their channels. The two deleted clips in question featured signatures and pictures of the lawyer's clients, whom he represented against intruders in their homes. The clients had agreed to be featured in the clips. There were no infringements on other YouTubers' content. I wonder if there are legal provisions preventing individuals from appearing on TV or in newspapers after signing an exclusive publishing rights contract. I hope YouTube will conduct more in-depth investigations to support novice YouTubers. I gathered this information from various Vietnamese channels and viewer comments. I appreciate your patience in reading my message, and I look forward to hearing more about this issue. Thank you.

I signed up for a 5-day free trial of YouTube TV starting on Nov 24. According to my calculations, the trial should have ended on Nov 29. I tried unsuccessfully to cancel online and couldn't find a phone number for assistance. With the help of a friend's Dell laptop, I was able to cancel the trial. However, YouTube TV had already charged me for the next month before my trial ended. How can I go about getting a refund for this charge?

I am concerned about the upcoming changes to YouTube's content policy. I believe that the restrictions being proposed are excessive and unnecessary. The YouTube Kids app was designed for a reason, and it is unfair for irresponsible parents to negatively impact everyone else's viewing experience. Many valuable and entertaining videos have already been removed, affecting older teens, young adults, and older viewers who enjoyed humor that could also be appreciated by young teens without being harmful. I am worried that animated content with even slight amounts of gore will be eliminated, wiping out a significant portion of content loved by many. Instead of making drastic changes, I suggest implementing stricter age restrictions to safeguard younger audiences while allowing older viewers to continue enjoying the content they love. Let's not punish talented YouTubers and animators who have put immense effort into creating their work. Thank you for considering these concerns.

Dear YouTube Support, I would like to address an ongoing issue with my channel. In July, my channel was wrongly penalized due to a strike on my top video, "The Entire Important Videos Playlist in One Video." Although I successfully appealed and resolved this strike, my channel's monetization reapplication in August failed. I believe my channel is now compliant with YouTube's copyright policies and should be eligible for monetization. I reapplied 2 months ago with no response yet, which is longer than the usual response time of a month. I am reaching out for assistance on this matter, as the delay is negatively impacting my channel. Thank you for your attention. Regards, Greg M.
