To whom it my concern , I requested a new card over the phone around last Wednesday it was a young man I spoke to he asked me for my details, sort code and account number, when I said I didn't know my account number it off by hart he said it could be requested another way so he took my name and my address. And said I would receive my new one in *-* working days. As I haven't received it I was wondering if some one could enlighten me to confirm if the card as been requested and when I will receive the card please *My Email Address is *****@***.com.
