I was trying to return a damaged fire worth nearly £*** to get a refund, I had terrible time getting it arranged, Very are awful to deal with, now it seems, Yodel are too. ... I was waiting for Yodel to collect a damaged fire going back to Very. **th July **** ****-****hrs.He was * stops away, we waited at our gate with item. It then said * stops. No sign of Yodel. Then it said sorry we missed you card left. Nope no van, no card, we are at our post box at the gate. Can't talk to yodel without a card. It was extremely difficult dealing with Very, Yodel have no idea what trouble this has caused me. Its the lies I hate. They never came to my address. I want this parcel to go back to Very so I can get a refund, that is all I want!!
As explained dealing with Very had been a nightmare. It was such a relief to get Yodel coming to collect the fire. I had spent hours arranging this. Then the let down by Yodel was disgusting.
I want my parcel collected immediately & returned to Very so I can get my money back. Yodel has made this more protracted.
I just expected them to turn up as arranged & take back my parcel. I have had deliveries from Yodel & they were fine. Found my address fine with sat nav, why not this time to collect my parcel.
Tried talking to Very they have shut all their phone lines down, & I can't arrange returns online either. Have got PayPal involved too, that is, against Very, not Yodel. I did not need Yodel to do this to me. Pretending they came to my address & left a card!!!
