Hello,*I work nights at the hospital and my delivery was attempted at **:** when I was asleep, on the ******. I only have one missed delivery card meaning it was only attempted once, however the card says it has been attempted the maximum number of times. I am working around **-** hours per week due to the current covid-** pandemic and would appreciate more leniency around this. I do not drive and live In Middlesbrough, so do not want to put my patients at risk by travelling by public transport to Stockton, where your collection point is, it is also quite a journey from my current address. I am working **.* hour shifts for the next * days so do not have the time to collect this. Is there any way I can receive the parcel through another delivery? Or what will happen if my parcel gets sent back to the shop? Will I receive a refund?
